Your private unit is located on the ground floor of the home and is accessed from the backyard / rear of the house.

The Neighborhood:

We are located in a fantastic family-friendly residential neighbourhood. There are 2 parks nearby, Penzer Park and Buckley Park, both within 5 minutes walking distance from the house. This area is tucked away from all the main roads and you will not hear any loud traffic noises during your stay.



A 5-minute drive will get you to Brookswood Village where you can find a Shoppers Drug Mart, Starbucks, bakeries, various restaurants, and more!



Getting Around:

Navigating Langley from our Entertainment Haven is a breeze. Public transportation is accessible, with bus stops within walking distance providing connections to the SkyTrain and other transit hubs. This allows easy access to downtown Vancouver and surrounding areas. For those driving, we offer three parking spots in the driveway. Vancouver International Airport (YVR) is roughly an hour away by car, making this a convenient location for travelers. Ride-sharing services are also readily available for quick trips around town or to explore nearby attractions.



Other Things to Note:

★ Security Deposit: A $1,000 pre-authorization hold is required after booking confirmation and is automatically released 15 days after checkout, provided house rules are followed.

★ ID Requirement: A valid photo ID is required for the primary guest responsible for the booking. ID must be submitted via the check-in form. Failure to provide ID may result in cancellation without refund.

★ Shared Amenities: Available on a first-come, first-served basis. Kindly be mindful of other guests, especially during evening hours.



★ Exclusive Option: Prefer full privacy? The entire property can be booked exclusively, subject to availability. Feel free to reach out for details.



★ Family Friendly Add-Ons:
