## Arrival & Departure

* Check-in: **4:00 PM**
* Check-out: **11:00 AM**

## A Peaceful Stay

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood:

* Please observe quiet hours from **10:00 PM to 7:00 AM**
* No parties or events permitted
* Kindly be respectful of neighbors at all times

## Fire Pit

For your convenience, the outdoor fire pit is available for use. However, we do not provide firewood, kindling, lighter fluid, matches, or fire starters. Guests who wish to use the fire pit are welcome to bring their own approved materials and use the amenity responsibly in accordance with local safety guidelines.

## Home Etiquette

To help maintain the quality of the home:

* No smoking or vaping indoors
* Shoes are not permitted in the game room or theater room
* Maximum occupancy: **20 guests**
* Additional guests beyond **6**: **$25 per guest, per night**

## Booking & Guest Standards

To ensure a premium experience for all guests:

* New or unreviewed profiles may require approval
* A signed rental agreement is required prior to arrival
* A **$500 refundable damage deposit** is required for guests with:

The deposit is collected through VRBO and is fully refunded after check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items.

## Pet Policy

We welcome well-behaved dogs (up to 3 dogs, each under 50 lbs):

* Pets must be crated if left unattended
* Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors

* Parking is available for up to **4 vehicles** in the driveway.

* Please shower before use
* No glassware or alcohol near the hot tub
* Limit use to 15–20 minutes (maximum temperature: 104°F)
* Children must be supervised at all times

### Pool (Seasonal)

* Open **May through September** (not heated)
* Professionally maintained weekly
* No lifeguard on duty — use at your own risk
* Please bring your own pool towels, as we do not provide them

### Barrel Sauna

* Allow 30–45 minutes to preheat
* Recommended session: 10–20 minutes
* Please sit on a towel and stay hydrated
* Turn the sauna off after use

## Important Information

* Only toilet paper may be flushed
* Exterior security cameras are installed (outdoor areas only)
* Please report any cleaning concerns within **2 hours of arrival**
