The home features keyless entry. A code will be provided prior to arrival.

Additional fee for more than 6 guests: $25 per person per night.

Booking Policy

To ensure a positive experience for all guests, instant booking is only available to profiles with a minimum 4-star review rating. Reservations made by guests with lower ratings may be canceled.

For new profiles without reviews, all booking requests will be carefully reviewed and screened before confirmation.

For guests with no reviews, reviews lower than 4.9, or unverified profiles, a $500 refundable damage deposit is required. The deposit will be refunded after check-out provided there are no missing items or damages.

A rental agreement will be sent after booking confirmation and must be signed to receive property access.

Pet-Friendly – Please Read Before Booking

We love hosting dogs. A pet fee of $150 per pet applies. Please note the following rules:

Dogs only (no cats)

Limit of 2 well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs (more may be approved upon request)

Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture

Crate required if leaving pets unattended

Potty-trained pets only

Guests must clean up after pets indoors and outdoors

A $500 fine may apply for indoor accidents, strong pet odors, pets on furniture, or unapproved pets.

Security and Safety

Exterior security cameras with motion detection are installed at the front, back, and side yards, as well as the doorbell.

During summer months, guests sensitive to mosquitoes should bring bug spray.

Hot Tub Guidelines

Shower before entering

Enter and exit slowly; no jumping or diving

No glass or alcohol in or around the hot tub

Children must be supervised at all times

Guests with medical conditions should consult a doctor before use

Limit soak time to 15–20 minutes; do not exceed 104°F

Replace cover after use

No soaps, oils, or bath products

Plumbing Notice

Only toilet paper may be flushed. Wipes, feminine products, and diapers must be disposed of in the trash. Plumbing clogs caused by prohibited items may incur a $300–$1,000 repair fee.

This is a private home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with care. Rule violations, damage, or disruptive behavior may result in penalties.

While there is no on-site staff, we are available by message and respond promptly. Please be respectful of neighbors. No parties are allowed.
