The Unit was recently repainted and given new floors. All Bedrooms have either a King Bed with all new furnishings and ceiling fans. Secure covered parking . The Unit is a 3 bdrm / 2 bath Masterpiece with beautiful park views. You wont want to stay here short term, once you visit this unit you will want to move in forever.

Fob Access with Secure 24 hour Doorman and Secure covered gated parking. A 24 hour gym, and the guest have full access to the 9th floor where we have a TV and outdoor grill available to guests.

As much or as little as guests need, we would love to help

Parties are prohibited and smoking is not allowed in the unit.
We would like to ask our guests just to take the trash out from the apartment prior their check out to the trash chute outside.

Leave used towels on the bathroom floor or in the hamper. No need to strip beds—leave sheets as-is.
Take all trash bags to the outdoor Clutch. Empty fridge/pantry of any food to avoid issues
