Guest access
Fully access the house, except for the right closet inside the king room ( the room is right next to the back yard) we keep bedding stuff inside the closet with a lock.

Other things to note
- Please note that we no longer refill the propane tank due to our housekeeper no longer doing this. You can take the empty tank and go to Home Depot, very close to the house, and have it refilled. Note they will charge more if you don't have an empty tank.
- Please remember this is a home and not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with care. If any problem arises, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
- Indoor fireplace is not available for use.

-For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $500.
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
