Stylish and updated, you will love our 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1078 sq ft condo so close to Disney at Blue Heron Beach Resort in wonderful Lake Buena Vista, home to lots of restaurants and shopping! Our property has wonderful resort amenities including large swimming pool, kiddie pool, adult pool, hot tub, tiki bar, fitness rooms and game room. We are located on peaceful Lake Bryan, and you will have access to water sports such as kayaking, paddle boating, jet skis and fishing on the lake.

THE SPACE: This condo is a 2 bedroom, deluxe suite that sleeps up to 8 people. The deluxe suites are only located on the ends of the towers and have 2 balconies: one is off of the living room and faces the pools and Lake Bryan, and the other is off the master bedroom and faces toward the Disney parks. This unit is conveniently located on the first floor, so you can easily walk up or down to/from the parking and pool areas.

The master bedroom has a king bed with Tommy Bahama bedding, new, luxury vinyl flooring in 2023, a Caribbean style ceiling fan, 50" smart TV and an ensuite bath attached with jetted tub.

The 2nd bedroom has all brand new furniture and mattress in June 2024! There is a queen size bed with Serta silver hybrid mattress, new luxury vinyl flooring in 2023, a 50" smart TV and lots of closet and drawer space.

There is also a set of bunk beds conveniently located in an alcove off the hallway with plush bedding and brand new hybrid mattresses in June 2024.

The double bed sleeper sofa in the living room and super comfy recliner are brand new in Dec ‘23!

The kitchen was renovated in June 2023 with beautiful, high-end granite countertops, under-cabinet lighting and brand new stainless appliances. You will find everything you need to prepare and cook meals for the family. New kitchen table, chairs and bar stools were added in 2025!

Our condo stands apart from the usual in this building because you will notice thoughtful, higher-end touches such as brand new, luxurious, hotel quality towels, 100% cotton bedsheets and bedding, new caribbean themed ceiling fans, dimmer switches, brand new updated furniture on the balconies and 2nd bedroom and new, larger smart TV's in the bedrooms and living room.

Guest access
You will have exclusive access to the entire condo, which is not shared. You will also have access to all the shared resort amenities such as the pools, hot tub, tiki bar, fitness rooms, game room and lovely walkway by the lake.

Other things to note
Please note this is our home and not a full service hotel. Bedding and towels are provided. We ask guests to put a load of used sheets and/or towels into the washing machine and start it before they check out. This helps the cleaners to ensure the condo will be ready for the next guests. We also ask that you wash and put away any dirty dishes or leave them washing in the dishwasher before you check out. We provide starter amounts of shampoo, conditioner, soap, paper products, trash bags and laundry and dishwasher pods but please be prepared to get more of these as needed during your stay or bring more of these items with you. There is a Dollar Tree in the plaza next door on the other side of Volcano Golf where you can buy these items at very reasonable prices!
