Would Stay Again

The check in process was very was and the host was very good at responding back to my messages and even let me extend my stay day of. The bed I slept in was comfy. The one shower I used left a little to be desired. We did not use the kitchen or washer/dryer. Over all was a positive stay would recommend to anyone!

Awesome location, spacious and clean

15 minutes to Universal, 10 minutes to Hollywood Studios. Outstanding view over the lake and surrounding area. Awesome balcony and humungous heated pool with hot tub. Stocked kitchen and nice to have a washer and dryer. Plenty of space to spread out.

Disney Gem

Beautiful space for a family looking to be close to Disney without paying those Disney prices. The property is amazing- warm pools, arcade, and great food/drinks right next to the pool. The space is large with an amazing view and has everything you need for a visit. The property could use a deep cleaning to refresh all the great things it has to offer.

Fall Break During Hurricane Milton

I will start with the good. We have stayed at The Blue Heron in the past which is why we stayed here again. Amenities are wonderful. Location is great for those wanting to go to Disney or Universal or just hangout. We stayed here without doing any theme parks. Condo is nice and as described. The bad during our stay Hurricane Milton was forecasted to hit Orlando head on. We asked owner what or if there was a refund policy in place he got very defensive saying none of his other quest had asked for a refund. I did not ask for one only asked policy. He told me if we leave early let him know so he could hopefully get someone else in it before the week was over. Had to VRBO involved asked them about refund policy they stayed yes since it was in a area listed as State of Emergency.

Wonderful accommodations!

Absolutely loved our stay! Property is close to everything! So much space and the overall feel was cozy and welcoming at this condo! Bed were comfy, had everything we needed and more! Would love to come back and highly recommend to anyone!

Blue Heron is the best

This is our favorite place to stay in the Orlando area. We’ve stayed here many times. The condo is roomy and clean. The location is perfect. The view of the lake is amazing! You can see Disney fireworks from front, seaworld fireworks from the balcony, we saw a SpaceX rocket launch from the balcony at sunrise! The pool is huge, the fitness room is the best. Vineland outlets only a couple miles away. You’re right in the middle of everything!

Excellent Location

Great property, very well maintained. Had minor issue at unit maintenance was out in mins. Our family enjoyed our stay at this location. It felt like home. If in the area again we will definitely stay again and recommend.

Great deal for location

The room was a little dated, but it was affordable and in a good location. The views were amazing being right on the lake. We had a great time down at the pool and the woman working at the tiki bar was very friendly. Loved that they have gas grills down at the pool so we were able to cook hamburgers and hotdogs on one of the nights. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

This property is great for anyone looking to kick back and relax! It comes with an amazing view, you are ankle to se the Epcot ball, tower of terror, along with many other Disney attractions. I loved chilling by the pool while enjoying a drink made by the wonderful staff at the tiki bar ( located right next to the pool). Overall I really enjoyed everything the property had to offer and had a great time!

Competitive Pricing - Set Moderate Expectations

Property is very nice. Setting, amenities and common areas are well maintained. Condition of unit is clean, but not well maintained. Kitchen bi-fold pantry door fell out of its track the first time it was opened. Was not secure, nor properly maintained. Wasps are 'nesting' in the sliding door track, so don't leave the door to the balcony open. When I alerted the owner about the pantry closet door they offered to have someone come by to repair. I declined the offer, asking that the repairs be done after I had vacated the unit. Am I expecting too much that doors not fall when used? Owner further suggested these kind of things happen 'sometimes.' I've worked in and around real estate for 30+ years (managing, leasing and sales), so I can usually tell when something has been neglected / not repaired properly. When I mentioned this to the owner, she suggested I focus on the property's beautiful views, the pool, the dock. Am I wrong to feel that I should not have to take time away from enjoying vacation time with my family to alert the owner of a defective pantry door (a courtesy) only to be told to look at the positives? I didn't appreciate her dismissive response. In summary, it is a very nice unit, but you'll do well to keep your expectations in check.

We met our daughter and her family for the weekend and had a wonderful stay. Comfortable, well equipped and perfect location! Poolside karaoke was fun and the pools and spa were clean and well maintained! Also, beautiful lake views with trails to walk. Definitely coming back!!! Thank you!!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this condo. The grandparents stayed at the condo to use the pool and chill while we hit the parks with the kids. The location was great - close to everything. We watched the fireworks from the parks at the balcony by the elevators. The room is right by the elevators, which was nice and easy to get our luggage in and out. We were comfortable in the condo. It could use some updating, but I think the price was a great value and we cared more about location and amenities like the pool/hot tub. The views were great from the balcony. The pool was heated so was still great on our cooler days. Would definitely stay again!

Dirty and dated

Upon check in as we were unpacking we realized that the place was not very clean. There were stains in the fridge, food left in the oven and microwave, and a thick layer of dust on the ceiling fans (we didn’t dare turn them on). When confronting the host on these issues she was rude and didn’t believe me, claiming that I had made it up in order to simply get a refund. We are owners of a STVR and would never do such a thing. Needless to say, we checked out early. We do not recommend this condo.
