The main floor master has a king bed and its own ensuite spa bathroom. On the lower level, two queen bedrooms give everyone their own space. A queen pull out sofa in the lower level living area brings the total to 8 guests. Every bedroom has blackout curtains.

The master ensuite is the highlight. Multi jet shower with nozzles at every angle, a deep soaker tub, a heated towel drawer built into the vanity, and heated floors. 3.5 bathrooms total across both levels so there's never a line.

Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, filtered water on tap & everything you need for a full meal. Nespresso coffee station plus drip maker. Dining space for 8.

The main floor opens up with bifold sliding doors and a double sided gas fireplace you can see from both inside and the patio. On the lower level, the theatre room has a projector, PS4, Blu ray & a popcorn machine. The wine room has a built in wine fridge. The bar area has seating and a full home audio system plays pre loaded music through speakers in multiple zones.

✦ $56.50 Damage Waiver – Covers accidental damage up to $1,000. (No deposit hold required.)

Please note: The damage waiver only covers accidental damage. It does not cover smoking, intentional damage, policy violations, pet-related issues, or negligence. In such cases, reimbursement may be requested separately or submitted through Booking Platform's Resolution Center. Booking confirms you’ve reviewed and agreed to these terms.

✔ No pets on furniture or beds
✔Pet waste must be picked up. Yard clean-up issues = $100 fee
✔ Excess hair or odors may result in a $400 cleaning fee
✔ Unregistered pets = $200 fee per pet
Note: The backyard is shared, so we kindly ask that you monitor your pets at all times and double-check that the gates are securely closed. Since others may access the yard, we can’t guarantee the gates will always be closed during your stay.

✦ Late Check-Out Fee: $60 (after 11 AM without prior approval)
✦ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out Hourly Extension: $24.95/hour (based on cleaner availability)
✦ Excessive Cleaning Fee: Up to $400 (if property left in very poor condition)
✦ Deep cleaning due to grease, damage, or staining = $100
✦ BBQ/Grill/Smoker must be cleaned after use – if not, a $100 deep cleaning fee applies
✦ Unapproved Guests Fee: $50/person per night
✦ Lost Key/FOB Fee: $175
✦ Forgotten items will be donated after 48 hours; shipping = $50 admin fee
