The second bedroom has a queen, and the third a full — comfortable and well appointed for guests of all ages. The hallway bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms and features both a shower and tub.
The kitchen is well stocked and ready for real meals — gas stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the essentials you need to cook comfortably. The living room is anchored by a TCL TV, perfect for movie nights after a long day on the water. A washer and dryer are available for guest use — a must for longer stays. And with an on-demand hot water tank, you`ll never run out of hot water no matter how many guests are showering.

The entire home is yours for the duration of your stay — all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, living areas, deck, and direct Lake Huron access. Just steps from downtown, you`ll find locally owned restaurants, boutique shops, a marina, and some of the most beautiful Lake Huron sunrises in the state. Port Sanilac is just a short drive south for more dining, the historic lighthouse, the Barn Theatre, and world-class shipwreck diving at the Sanilac Shores Underwater Preserve. Detroit and Flint are both under two hours away — close enough for a quick city run, far enough to feel truly away.

Getting Around
A car is essential and will make the most of your stay. Grocery stores and everyday essentials are available right in Lexington and the surrounding area. The driveway is shared with the neighboring property — please be mindful of this during arrival and departure. Parking for 3 to 4 cars is available.

Please note this property has a shared driveway with the neighboring home — it is not a private driveway, so you can expect to see neighbors coming and going. The home has two steps at the entrance, and the master shower has a small 4-inch lip — otherwise the main floor is fully accessible. No beach at this property — water access is via steps that lead directly into Lake Huron. No smoking indoors or outdoors. No parties or events. No pets please.
