The space
Hilltop Ranch is a scenic 2-acre hilltop estate offering a unique blend of natural beauty and Mediterranean-inspired charm. The guest Villa is private, and separate from the larger estate on the property, surrounded by lavender, citrus trees, and sweeping views in every direction.

Guests can enjoy the full kitchen, 1 studio bedroom with Queen bed, and 1 pullout queen sofa for extra guests, (Sleeps up to 4 comfortably) there is a nice getting ready space with two vanities and mirrors for make up and hair, and a large great room with sofas and TV for relaxing. The space is ideal for couples or a small group looking to unwind, enjoy nature, and experience the beauty of the ranch. Large windows, two sets of double french doors, and outdoor areas allow you to take in the surrounding views, creating a light, airy, and relaxing environment. Enjoy peaceful outdoor areas, sunset views, and the relaxed atmosphere of a true retreat while still being close to Oak Glen, hiking, wineries, and 123 Farm.

You are welcome to explore the ranch and interact with our friendly animals, mini donkey, and hens. Enjoy the string light areas for evening relaxation, and stargazing opportunities.

Other things to note
The main residence may be occupied at times during your stay, but is a completely private and separate area. The pool is only included with rental of entire estate (Main Residence and guesthouse full package weekends) If you book just the villa, this does not include use of the pool

Unauthorized parties, events, additional visitors, or special-use gatherings are not permitted unless booked and approved in advance, as proper permits must be obtained to remain in compliance with county regulations

If you’re celebrating something special, feel free to reach out prior to booking so we can make sure the property is the right fit. This is the perfect property for micro weddings, rehearsal dinners, brunches, special gatherings (not to exceed 60 guests)

A caretaker may be on site to feed animals, groundskeeping at times but respect our guests privacy, we try to schedule when guests are not present.
