This home is near 3 major freeways (15, 52 & 163) with quick access to San Diego's major attractions.

This is a walkable neighborhood. There is a hiking trail at the end of the street and 111 steps leading straight up to the schoolyard around the corner from the house where many locals exercise. There is a children's park on Robusto Rd. two blocks away from the house.

• The sunroom has a daybed with 2 twin mattresses. The sunroom gets sun in the morning.

GUEST ACCESS

• There are two parking spaces in the driveway, and plenty of free street parking.
• Guests have access to the entire property except the garage and the small west side yard.
• Please do not turn on the fireplace.
• Please do not climb the slope in the backyard.

HOUSE RULES

Please follow these rules to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

• No smoking anywhere on the property.
• No wearing shoes in the house. Please leave shoes in the house entryway.
• No eating/drinking in the carpeted bedrooms. Bottled water is okay in the bedrooms. It is ok to eat in the carpeted living room just don’t go crazy.
• No pets (allergy concerns).
• Do not use the fireplace.
• Do not climb on the backyard slope.
• As a good neighbor, be courteous and mindful of noise when entering or leaving the property.
• Quiet hours are 10 pm – 8 am.
• No parties or events.
• Unregistered guests are not allowed. Be sure to register all your guests.
• Valid ID may be requested for all guests.
