The Space:

The rental is a modern studio with loads of light coming in via the small balcony. This retreat also offers air-conditioning, free high-speed WiFi (Fiber optic WiFi; 30 Mb), perfect for remote work, streaming, and distance learning. When you're not out at the beach, you'll love taking advantage of the kitchenette (includes a mini-fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, and utensils), sitting area, and cable TV. There is even a mat that doubles as the couch and a bed for a child to stay in. A small safe is also available.



The best thing about this studio is its awesome location - you can walk everywhere! Riva is just a few meters away from an outdoor mall, Paseo Del Carmen, and from there it is just 5 more minutes to the beach where you can relax the rest of the day. It is also just a few minutes away from the pier, where guests can take a ferry to Cozumel, and spend the day on the island. You'll find a ton of restaurants and bars within walking distance and a short stroll will take you down La Quinta walking street to grab an ice cream after. Or set out to explore Tulum Jaguar Park (Parque del Jaguar).
