The Space:
This 45-square-meter studio offers a clean and functional layout for up to 3 guests. Located on the third floor of a 6-story building with elevator access, this unit gives guests access to a rooftop pool, ocean-view terrace and gym.
Inside, the open-plan space includes a kitchenette with a microwave, stove, fridge, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. A dedicated workspace and dining area allow for remote work or casual meals. The living area has a single sofa bed, smart TV, and access to a private patio.
The bedroom includes a queen bed, storage space, and calming neutral decor. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and bath essentials.
Sleeping arrangements:
- Living room: 1 Queen bed and 1 Single sofa bed
Additional amenities include WiFi, air conditioning, elevator, and a shared gym with treadmills, weights, bikes, and yoga mats. Guests can use the rooftop, and a Pack 'n Play is available on request (with sheets, fee applies). Laundry is not available onsite.
Parking is limited to 6 spaces in the underground garage on a first-come, first-serve basis. Free street parking is available outside the building.

Getting Around:
The nearest airport is Cancun International Airport (CUN), 34 miles away. Drive time varies from 45 to 60 minutes depending on traffic. The property is walkable to ADO buses and local colectivos in under 10 minutes. Underground parking is limited, with additional street parking nearby.
Other Things to Note:
