Airport Transfers: Cancun International Airport (CUN) is approximately a 1-hour drive away. You can easily book a private shuttle service or take an official airport taxi directly to the apartment. Please keep in mind that travel times may vary depending on traffic conditions.



Exploring the Riviera Maya: The main ADO bus station in Playa del Carmen is within easy reach. From there, you can comfortably catch premium buses to top regional destinations such as Tulum, Cancun, and other famous local points of interest.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy . Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM



No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.



Before your arrival, we will request a photo of the identification of each of the guests who will be staying, as well as the signature of the condominium regulations. This helps us maintain a harmonious coexistence with the neighbors and comply with the building's rules.



It is likely that you will encounter birds, raccoons, local dogs, and other small animals during your stay (geckos, spiders, scorpions). We ask you to respect them; we take great care of the environment and we are the ones who are invading their habitat. To help avoid this, we recommend not leaving open food outside.



Your reservation includes a cleaning before your arrival and another after your departure. Additionally, we provide basic welcome amenities, such as toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and other essentials. If you desire additional cleaning or replenishment of amenities during your stay, we can gladly assist you for an extra cost.



For the proper functioning of the air conditioning, we ask you to keep doors and windows closed while it is on and not to adjust the temperature below 21°C, as this could affect its operation during your stay. balcony. Just to clarify, it is not a jacuzzi (no heating and no pressure jets).
