The Space:

Evenings settle into a comfortable rhythm here, whether you’re gathered around the dining table, unwinding on reclining sofas, or stepping outside to the backyard for fresh air. Inside, the open layout makes it easy to move between spaces, while ceiling fans and central heating keep things comfortable during cooler Dallas days. After a full day out, you can return to a quiet neighborhood setting that feels relaxed and easy.



Living space

The main living area invites you to settle in with a 65” Smart TV with Netflix and spacious seating designed for relaxing together. A dedicated workspace and Wifi, along with an Ethernet connection, make it easy to stay connected when needed. Entertainment continues beyond the living room with arcade games, a ping pong table, mini golf, and exercise equipment, offering something for every age group.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides a full setup for preparing meals at home, with a dining table nearby for shared breakfasts or evening dinners. Coffee maker, toaster, blender, and other essentials are ready for your routine, whether you’re starting the morning with coffee or cooking a full meal. A dishwasher helps keep things simple after mealtime.



Sleeping arrangements

With 6 bedrooms and 9 beds, the home accommodates up to 15 guests. Bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage help keep your stay comfortable. An adjustable king mattress is available for added flexibility. A washer and free dryer – in unit, plus an iron and hangers, support longer stays.

The home includes 2.5 baths with hot water and bathroom essentials provided, making it easy for groups to refresh and get ready throughout the day.

Additional details

This is a pet-friendly home, and long term stays are allowed. Housekeeping is available 24 hours, every day at an extra cost. For peace of mind, the property includes smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, exterior security cameras on property, and noise decibel monitors.



Guest Access:

Entire space is included in this rental except locked storage closets. Please, make yourself at home.
