Important Notes

- Pool heating is optional and not included unless specified. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course.
- Pool heaters run 12 hours/day and are set to 86°F.
- Temperature depends on weather.
- Refunds apply only if pool heat was purchased AND a verified technical issue occurred. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.

-Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.

- Starter kit provided:

- 2 trash bags
- 1 sponge
- 1 paper towel roll
- 1 soap per bathroom
- 1 toilet paper roll per toilet

Guests purchase additional supplies as needed.
