After a day out, relax on the property’s 17-acre grounds with a quiet walk along the river, or take a refreshing dip in the seasonal outdoor pool during the warmer months. No matter the season, you’re about six minutes from Sugarbush Resort, Ole’s Cross Country Center, Warren Falls, Blueberry Lake, and the Sugarbush Golf Club. For even more skiing, Mad River Glen is just a short drive away—keeping the area’s top attractions within easy reach.

Inside, this cozy third-floor studio offers a comfortable and functional space to unwind. It features a queen bed and an easy, open layout. The simple kitchenette, along with a counter and two bar stools, is ideal for quick breakfasts, simple meals, or takeout. WiFi and a smart TV provide everything you need for relaxed evenings in.

The location truly stands out. Winter brings downhill and cross-country skiing along with snowshoeing, while the warmer months are perfect for hiking, fly fishing, biking, and exploring nearby swimming holes, Blueberry Lake, and Warren Falls—all just a short distance away. You’ll also find great local dining, shops, and hidden gems throughout the valley to complete your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
