SMOKING
No smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco or marijuana) or vaping is permitted inside the home at any time.

There will be a charge of up to $1,000 for smoking in the house as well as if outdoor furniture is damaged.
Pet-Friendly Stay

We welcome pets under 50 pounds (max of 1)!
• Our large, fenced yard provides peace of mind for pet owners and provides tons of room for playing! (please be sure to pick up after your pets)
• $120 one-time pet fee is required and charged at time of booking (covers extra cleaning and potential wear).
• Guests must disclose and include all pets in the reservation. Pets must be kept off of the furniture or beds (please use provided covers or blankets if needed) and crated when left alone.
Dogs must be house-trained, up to date on vaccinations, and not left unattended inside the home for long periods.

*Failure to disclose any pets will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee. *

Any damage caused by the pet (including scratches to wooden floors) will be charged to the guest.
