THIS BEACH HOUSE WAS GREAT! Very clean and nice. A little farther down the beach so wasn’t as crowded. We enjoyed our stay!

We had fun and the house and location was great! Just 2 people in the 10 people unit so we had lots of room! Bed was very comfy! Wi-Fi was excellent and the TV has lots of choices channel wise! Beach just 2 minutes out the door! Nice! Will return!

Amazing stay. The house was perfect. It is across the main road from the beach totally walkable or drive your car and park. No golf carts allowed on beach so you really won’t need to rent one. Quiet beach location.

very spacious rooms , nice and clean just few min walk to the beach . The condo I stayed had to fair view to the ocean from our balcony , enjoyed over all .

The location is great and the house is newer. Unfortunately the property was not cleaned very well. There was sticky residue from a spill on the counter when we checked in, which caused ants to come in. Also the trash can outside was over flowing when we checked in so we had no where to put our trash at the house while staying. Some minor inconveniences that if cleaning was done more thoroughly would have made our trip much better.

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach house. Very beautiful and well kept place. Plus, we got a discount for the golf cart, which was an added bonus. We will be definitely be coming back……. Especially if we can keep getting that discount on the golf cart!

Perfect Family Getaway

The bungalows are perfect for a small family getaway. We actually rented two side by side, for extended family, and it worked great. Beach is in sight and right across the street, with a beach access point directly across the driveway from the property. Two kings and a bunk room with queen twin bunks (2). Open floor plan with full stocked kitchen great for family meals. Smart TVs in each room. We are actually staying in the adjacent bungalow for two months, and looking forward to a wonderful break.

Pretty good stay!

The property was pretty clean, close to the beach, quiet area, etc. Be aware that it IS a bit of a trek into Galveston if you want to do more than just beach related stuff. It took us on average about 30 minutes to make it into Galveston, and that’s in off season. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. Being able to book a golf cart was nice. We felt safe in the area. The beach across the street was clean and not crowded.

Beautiful beach house

The house was set up perfectly. The host had nesasary items to get us settle. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, detergent, soap, shampooing and conditioner. Fully equipped kitchen. A/C ice cold. Comfortable beds.We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, during out stay, on one is allow to drive golf carts down the beach.

Come back in the off season, we have one of the only beaches on the island were you can still drive up and down the beach for a few miles. This is not permitted in the summer season. Thanks for the review and hope to see you again soon.

Fantastic Stay!

My family and I had a great time at the gulf and one of the reasons was the accommodations. Our bungalow was very nice and well kept. The staff was very friendly and attentive the only time we had to talk to them. It was for an issue that was not their fault, moisture in a lock that caused a malfunction. They were their to fix the issue in 5 minutes or less. We had no other issues. We loved having the golf cart to go back and forth to the beach. We will definitely stay their again when we visit Galveston Island again. Thank you Rusty for helping to make our vacation great!

This property was not clean or maintained, which is unacceptable. Unfortunately, check in was frustrating because the lockbox wasn't working, and it took extra time to get access to the home. We were outside for more than 3 hours. I arrived at 9:30 pm. and I didn't get into the home until 12:30 midnight. This is not acceptable. I am an older person and i nees to go to the restroom, and we couldn't get the house to do that. I will NEVER rent from this company again.

Constant deficiencies in less than 36 hrs noisy neighbors, broken a/c, poor communication, dirty bathroom, abrupt interruption by management while eating lunch, in the middle of night a loud golf cart patrolling a one way street stretch, above all a good location if willing to put up with it.

The property was an ideal location for us as we were directly across from the beach access road—it was a mere 100 steps to the sand. However, we were disappointed that there was no dressers or hangers and virtually no where for people in guest rooms to put away any personal items. The master bedroom has some hangers and ample shelving for storing personal items and clothes. If you’re there for the beach, this is a great location. Bring hangers.
