Your Colorado adventure begins at this spacious (1,250 square feet) and fully-renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located in the heart of downtown Winter Park. Inside, guests find a delightful space featuring a modern kitchen with all new appliances and a well-stocked assortment of dishes and cookware, a large dining table with room for 6, a comfortable sectional and large screen TV, and a welcoming back deck to view the aspen trees and listen to the river. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed, queen bed, and a cozy bunk bed with extra trundle bed perfect for families or friends. Two full bathrooms offer convenience and privacy with towels, hairdryer, and basic care items provided. The unit also features a private sauna and new washer and dryer. Across the street is a recreation center included in your stay with a pool and 3 hot tubs, as well as billiards and workout/cardio room. Interested in skiing or exploring the village's summer activities? For your convenience, you can take the free bus to the resort using the bus stop right outside our door. Dozens of shops and restaurants are within walking distance, and you're sure to find a delicious meal or a keepsake from your Colorado adventure.
