The single-level layout flows from the living room to the dining area and full kitchen, with a private bedroom and bathroom down the hall.



The shared amenities are part of what makes a stay here special. Just steps from your door you will find a fitness room and a game room with a ping pong table, plus a shared lounge and a sunny patio with a grill and big mountain views.

The full kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts before the slopes to relaxed dinners at the end of the day, with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and the cookware and essentials you need. The adjoining dining area seats four, with a tile-topped table that makes a warm spot to share meals.

A fitness room is stocked with a weight machine and treadmill, the game room features a ping pong table and seating, and a comfortable lounge with reading chairs sits near the entry. Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, including the living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom, plus the building's shared fitness room, game room, lounge, and patio.

Self check-in is available via a smart lock keypad, making arrival simple and flexible. The building entry also uses a code, which we provide before your stay.

The condo is on the third floor. An elevator serves the building to the second floor, and a flight of stairs leads up to the unit, so please plan for stairs with luggage.

Parking is shared and available around the complex, with room for one vehicle. Please avoid the covered spaces, which are reserved for specific units.

In winter conditions, four-wheel or all-wheel drive is recommended for the drive up to Taos Ski Valley, as mountain roads can be steep and snow-packed.



The Neighborhood:

Sweet Retreat sits in the heart of Taos Ski Valley, surrounded by pines and mountains with a stream running just across the road. You are about a mile and a half from the lifts and base area, where you will find skiing, snowboarding, dining, and summer activities like hiking, mountain biking, and the Via Ferrata. The setting feels quiet and tucked away, yet you are only a short drive from the shops, galleries, and restaurants of historic Taos, plus the Millicent Rogers Museum and Taos Pueblo. It is an easy launch point for day trips to Red River, Questa, and Angel Fire.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for your stay so you can reach the lifts, trailheads, and the shops and restaurants of Taos at your own pace. The condo is about a mile and a half from the Taos Ski Valley base area and roughly a 30 minute drive from the town of Taos. Parking is shared and available around the complex. In winter, four-wheel or all-wheel drive is recommended, as the roads up to the valley can be steep and snow-packed.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Pets are not allowed.

Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Only registered guests are permitted.

The minimum age to book is 21.

No smoking, parties, or events.

The condo is on the third floor. An elevator reaches the second floor, and stairs lead up to the unit, so please plan accordingly with luggage.

There is no air conditioning. The mountain climate stays cool, and heating is provided.

There is no washer or dryer in the condo. A laundromat is nearby.

The fitness room, game room, lounge, and patio are shared with other guests in the complex.

In winter, four-wheel or all-wheel drive is recommended for mountain roads.
