Each sleeping area is thoughtfully arranged to offer a mix of privacy and shared space, with large windows that invite the mountain scenery and natural light into every room.

Bedroom 1 features a regal King bed, a flat-screen TV, and its own private balcony. The ensuite bathroom with a jet tub creates a spacious and comfortable retreat to unwind after a day of exploring.

Bedroom 2 offers a versatile setup with one comfortable Queen bed and one Twin bed in a calm, cozy setting, making it a restful place to recharge after mountain adventures.

Bonus Loft perched above the living area, this airy loft features two Twin beds. It’s an ideal "eagle’s nest" for kids or extra guests who want a unique perspective of the vaulted ceilings and views.

The office area includes a high-quality Queen-size futon, offering a practical and inviting setup for larger groups to sleep comfortably.

The primary bathroom is a true highlight, featuring a jet tub/shower combination. It’s the perfect place to soak and soothe tired muscles after a day of skiing Al’s Run or hiking Wheeler Peak. The second full bathroom features a classic tub/shower combination, ensuring everyone in your group has a comfortable space to refresh and get ready for a day of adventure. Standard bath amenities are provided, including shampoo, conditioner, soap, and fresh towels.

The home is located on the third floor and is accessed via one flight of stairs from the parking area; please note that elevators are not available.

Like most high-altitude alpine homes, this building is not equipped with air conditioning. The cool mountain air and vaulted ceilings generally keep the space comfortable.

Located deep in the Carson National Forest, the internet can be inconsistent and is not recommended for high-bandwidth remote work. We invite you to unplug and enjoy the views!
