Aqua Escape! Beachfront Condo with 11th Floor Views!

**Property Overview**
You will love the location and vibe of AQUA! Newer and family friendly, Aqua is 0.5 miles east of Pier Park, minutes from restaurants, activities, and shopping. Aqua has two seasonally heated pools, a spa, fitness center, and private beach access. Your stay with us includes beach service with two chairs and an umbrella. Extra beach chairs and beach items are also provided in the unit.

Our unit has two gulf-front bedrooms with balcony access and beautiful views, another bedroom with quad bunks, and three full bathrooms. An extra game room area off the kitchen is fully stocked with activities to keep you entertained no matter the weather.


**About the Condo**
Aqua Escape is well stocked so you don't have to worry about anything during your stay and can truly enjoy a stress-free beach vacation.

You'll find a King bed in both gulf-front bedrooms, and four twin beds (as bunks) setup in the third bedroom. No sofa beds or air mattresses for anyone! Each bedroom has TVs equipped with cable and smart TV capabilities to login to your preferred streaming service, extra pillows and blankets, dressers and/or hangers for space to unpack, one pack n play with sheets, and two box fans. Extra beach chairs, beach toys, a convenient beach bag, an extra beach umbrella, and 8 beach towels are also stored.

In the bathrooms, you'll find plenty of towels & washcloths, handheld shower head availability, full size shampoos, conditioner, body wash, kids shampoo, toilet paper, hair dryers, a hair straightener, & curling iron. A large garden tub is in the primary bathroom as well!

In the front game room you'll find an extra game table and plenty of board games, puzzles, and cards to stay entertained during all weather or down time.

In the kitchen, you'll find a complimentary stocked coffee & tea bar with k-cups, tea bags, creamer, sweetener, sugar, and a carafe/single serve combination coffee maker. A tea kettle is also available.

Other items you'll find stocked beyond the basics are dish soap and dishwasher detergent, a griddle, waffle maker, slow cooker, blender & immersion blender, wine glasses, kids dishware, baggies for beach snacks, foil, basic spices & oil.

In the living room you'll find a smart TV equipped with cable and smart TV capabilities to login to your preferred streaming service, a lift up coffee table to easily eat at or use a computer on, a DVD player, books and comfortable couches. A washer and dryer are also in the hall off the kitchen area and laundry soap is available under the kitchen sink so you won't run out during your stay.

On the balcony, you'll find a dining set that seats 6, 4 Adirondack chairs, and a towel rack for drying suits and towels in accordance with the fire codes, and of course amazing sunset views of the beach and ocean.

On site at Aqua, you'll enjoy beautiful surroundings, two pools, a spa, a fitness center (currently being renovated as of March 2026), and beach access with showers to rinse off after. While using the property's amenities, please wear the provided wristbands in the unit. A small pool-side cafe and pool-side bar serving snacks and drinks are nearby both pools.

Near Aqua are several great restaurants within walking distance, a golf cart rental shop, the popular Pier Park with many restaurants, activities and shopping opportunities, Swampy Jack's Wongo Adventure, Top Golf, Wal*Mart, Target, and Dolly Parton's Pirate Voyage.

**Extra Notes About Aqua Rules & Regulations**
Please note parking passes are purchased separately for $50-55 and covers up to two vehicles. No parking of trailers, RVs, boats, or commercial trucks is allowed. Golf Carts count as one vehicle on the pass and must be parked in the basement level of the garage.

At least one guest over age 25 is required to be staying in unit per Aqua rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in eviction by security at your own expense.

No pets are allowed for guests of Aqua.

Aqua is also a non-smoking complex. No smoking is permitted on balconies, in common halls, or by pools. Smoking should take place on the ground floor away from the building or any common areas. This rule is strictly enforced and may result in eviction by security at your own expense.
