This beachfront retreat combines comfort, style, and convenience in one of Panama City Beach’s premier resorts. The open floor plan features a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, a large dining area, and a living space that flows onto a private balcony with sweeping ocean views.
Aqua is walking distance to Pier Park’s shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Our team at What’s Up Beach is available by phone or message throughout your stay. You will have private access to the condo, and our local team is nearby to ensure a smooth experience.

Aqua is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, directly on the sand and just a short walk to Pier Park. The neighborhood offers endless dining, shopping, and entertainment, from fresh seafood restaurants to live music venues and family-friendly attractions. Resort amenities include gulf-front pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, aromatherapy steam room, and poolside café.

Guests have full access to the condo and all Aqua resort amenities, including pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and steam room. Resort registration is required to receive parking permits and amenity wristbands.

West PCB: Pier Park and local restaurants are within walking distance. For farther trips, most guests use personal vehicles or rideshare services. Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is about a 20-minute drive.

Guests must be 25 years or older. All guests under age 25 must have in-room adult supervision.
