This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath 2nd floor Long Beach condominium features a spacious amount of living space with oceanfront views from wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and all 3 bedrooms. The lockout third bedroom has a luxurious wet bar and mini fridge for your vacation enjoyment. All 3 bedrooms have balcony access for you to enjoy the sun, sand and waves. A very rare unit with all bedrooms directly on the crystal blue water and white sand beaches of Panama City Beach!

Our vacation rental sleeps 10 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a king bed in the lockout third bedroom. Living room has a cable TV with DVD player. All bedrooms have cable TV's.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar with bar stools. Plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen includes all major appliances; microwave and dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and parasail activities.

I honestly don’t think the cleaning service spent much time on the unit. I had to wipe feces off the wall next to the toilet. One bedroom smelt like stale beer. There were really dirty dishes in the cabinet. The front load washer needs a deep clean. A chair cover should be purchased for the recliner in the living room as the arms are all torn up. The furniture needs painted if not replaced.All that aside, we had a very good vacation. The second floor view was awesome. We were close to all kinds of restaurants and souvenir shops. I do hope that the owners will take a walk-through and replace or fix things that need it. It was a lot of money to rent and we just expected things to be in a little bit better condition. The resort itself is awesome.

The overall room and resort was great. Loved the layout of the room. Loved the pools. We would stay at the resort again, just maybe not this room. Issues we had. Master room air did not start working until Sunday night. We had checked in on Saturday and called before the office closed. No one ever came to check on it. We were told Sunday morning but never heard anything. Got stuck in elevators twice. As for the room, I would recommend new house keepers. The floors had not been swept or cleaned good. Two of the showers had hair clogs in the drain. One of the nightstands in the king room had glitter poured in it and had not been cleaned up. And the unit in general needs all new furniture. Just worn out. Curtains on windows needed replaced and several walls and doors had paint peeling. Not trying to be picky but for what you pay this unit should have been just a little nicer.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit at Long Beach! We’ve actually stayed in this exact unit twice the last two years. Long Beach is our absolute favorite condo in PCB. This is a nice large 3 BR, 3 BA unit. We did pay significant more this year compared to last year for the last week of May. The condo has a large balcony with entrances from all rooms, Large master bath and shower which we loved. We Didn’t try the tub in master bath. Does need some updating, curtains had rips in them in every room which I remembered from last year too. The balcony furniture was dirty this year. I know there were renovations going on over the last few months so not sure if that had anything to do with it, but we had to buy stuff to clean it with before we sat out there. Not a ton of kitchen supplies if you cook a lot, but we mostly just cooked breakfast and ate out so that didn’t really matter for us. Enjoyed all our favorite pcb restaurants! Unit doesn’t come with beach chairs, so we still had to pay for that for the week, which is a little disappointing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had the space and beds that we needed. It does need some attention to cleanliness and updating throughout. We had a good time though and were thankful to get to stay there!

This is a great location

Property was having many updates. Staff friendly. Unit has great layout. Kitchen light on amenities so bring your favorite kitchen essentials. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Stay

Spring Break

Overall was a great experience, very clean and perfect location to beach. Hot tubs and pools where great features to have as well as the 3 full baths for people to shower in. Only thing would be lack of kitchen/cooking utensils.

Convenient location, reached out to host about a couple of things before our trip he got back with me very quickly. The condo could have been a little cleaner, floors looked like they needed moping, holes in furniture in living room. I had to clean the oven before usingit. Kitchen could have been equied q little better. All in all it was a nice place to stay

Great view of the gulf

Great view of the Gulf. The unit could use some TLC, new pots, pans, etc. The main door to the balcony needs attention. We love Long Beach and have stayed in several units. Pools and grounds are kept nice. The on-site grill & bar are a plus.

We had an excellent vacation staying at Long Beach. Beautiful resort, pools, and close to almost anything in PCB. The sliding glass door to balcony needs work, does not close all the way. Otherwise, very nice condo!

Great family spring break

We decided to go to PCB this year for our kids spring break. By doing this we were able to take their grandparents along too. The location of the property was ideal to get to the marina and different restaurants without the traffic towards pier park. The unit being on the second floor was very convenient. The condo was nicely appointed and had everything we needed.

Family Vacation October 2023

We had a great family vacation. We had 6 adults and 4 kids. This is our 2nd time at Long Beach Resort and would not stay anywhere else. It is gated property and has security which is nice. Condo was excellent and in a great location. I loved that all rooms have great view of the ocean. As mentioned in previous reviews the sliding doors could use some work.

Our overall stay was amazing. The view was incredible.Everything was as listed. One thing they might wanna fix is the door to the main deck was hard to open and close. We made it work by using the side doors. Other than that everything was perfect..

Nice place to stay, has a nice view of the ocean!!

The beds are comfortable, could have been a little cleaner, the floors were not swept from the last people staying, and had beach sand an them. They had some roaches in the kitchen and we had to keep all our food in our coolers. Might need the exterminator more frequently. Over all it was a nice place to stay. We would come back!!

Perfect Vacation Spot

We’ve stayed at Long Beach Resort many times, and this little getaway did not disappoint. The location is great and the size of the condo for our little family was perfect. Bonus … all rooms faced the ocean. So the view was awesome regardless of where you were in the condo. We did have a small concern around parking - the condo allows for 2 parking passes, and we needed 3. However, we alerted security and ended up not having any issues parking. Thanks so much!

Overall, a good stay. Resort was nice, parking was hard to find on a few occasions. Condo was nice and roomy for our family. Could use more dishes (bowls and skillets) and we had a run in with some bugs but I notified agency and they immediately sent someone out to spray.

Ad said recently updated. That was not true. Building was under construction. No access to pool or beach near condo. Large machinery working on building the entire time. Workers working outside of bedroom balconies. Loud and noisy. Furniture old torn and filler coming out. Mold in showers, dirty carpet, torn curtains in every room and bedspreads with tears. Mold in washer. Dining chairs soiled and dirty. Water was shut off for an entire day. Contacted ECDI but no concern there. Employee that answered was unprofessional and unconcerned. Spoke with building manager at Long Beach who said they had nothing to do with rentals. Do not recommend! Would not stay again.

Great unit

Unit had plenty of room. Had an issue with a leak under the kitchen sink. I emailed the property manager and it was handled promptly and we were provided extra towels since we had to use some to dry up the water. Will definitely book again.

Everything was great. It looked just like the pictures. The only thing that was wrong is they need to have someone look at the sliding glass door in the living room. It did not shut all the way or lock.
