This location is very convenient. Just a mile from ASU or Mill Ave bars and restaurants. Shopping and movies are 3.5 miles away at Tempe Marketplace or 7.6 miles to Scottsdale Fashion Square. Tempe Town Lake is 3.0 miles away, PHX Sky Harbor airport is 5.8 miles, and Old Town Scottsdale is 6.5 miles. Spring training baseball fan? Cubs Sloan park is 4.8 miles away and Giants training stadium is 6.6 miles away.

If you need to drive to Phoenix or Scottsdale, there are always multiple routes that allow you to take highways or inside roads. Uber / Lyft is also plentiful and cheap, i.e. $6 to get to Mill Ave / ASU, $12 to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport.

Pet Friendly: Well-behaved dogs are welcome! Pet-friendly stays include private patio access and nearby walking areas. include your pet in the reservation request. We kindly ask that pets are not left unattended unless crated and that all waste is picked up.

One pet is allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. An additional $50 per stay Pet Cleaning Fee applies.

There is a 1 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If discovered afterward, this fee doubles. The property includes an area for walking pets. We request that you clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors to help us maintain a tidy space for all guests.
