Welcome to this charming Palmetto, Florida home offering comfortable coastal living just minutes from Gulf beaches, Bradenton, and Sarasota. The home features a bright open living room, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a welcoming dining area perfect for gathering.

Bedrooms include a cozy room with two twin beds and TV, plus a private bedroom with a full bed, TV, and attached bathroom. Bathrooms include a relaxing soaking tub and a private bath with shower.

Enjoy outdoor living with a fenced backyard, patio for relaxing or dining, and a play set for kids. A convenient laundry room with washer and dryer adds extra comfort for your stay.

The whole house is at your disposal, along with a spacious private yard.

Myself and my staff have access to the home. I follow my guest`s lead and am available if needed.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but you’re welcome to step outside if needed.

**Guests & Visitors**
To keep things cozy and secure, only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight or visit.

** Supplies**
We’ll set you up with toilet paper and paper towels to get you started. If you need more during your stay, just restock as needed.

**Noise & Neighborhood Courtesy**
We truly appreciate your mindfulness of our wonderful neighbors. Excessive noise may result in a $150 fee.

For disturbances during quiet hours (10 pm–7 am) or situations involving law enforcement, the fee is $500 and the reservation may be subject to cancellation.

** Keeping Things Tidy**
Please keep the space neat and tidy and clean up after yourselves so everyone can enjoy a pleasant environment.

** Check-Out**
Check-out is at 10 am. Before you head out, please leave the unit tidy:
-Wash and put away all dishes
-Toss all food into the garbage
-Take the trash out to the outside bins
