Host was very responsive. House was super clean. I’ve stayed in several places in the area for work and this one is the best so far! Will definitely stay again. Backyard and pool area were outstanding and very private. The price was very reasonable.

The Tranquil Breeze Getaway was everything we hoped for in our stay! From the clean, modern amenities, the spacious pool, and the convenient location, everything was perfect. We will definitely stay again if in the area!

Excellent home, nicely furnished and all remodeled. Pool and patio are new and beautiful. Quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors and close to the beach, Robinson Preserve, shopping restaurants, etc. We spent much of our time relaxing by the pool, which is wonderful. Used the BBQ grill often, which was brand new and excellent. Really a terrific property and even with our daughter, her husband and two grandkids, we all had plenty of space and really found it perfect. The iTrip team was very responsive and we were very happy with the whole experience.

Great Place

This rental is awesome especially for a long stay. The home is neat and very well appointed to meet the needs of an extended stay. We really appreciated that! Neighborhood is quiet and close to everything!

Excellent facility

The house was wonderful. The location worked very well. We were disappointed with the poor follow through by the property managers who promised to do certain things, and failed to follow through. Did not spoil our enjoyment of the place.

Thank you for the review. I'm very happy to hear you enjoyed your extended stay, however I am surprised at your comment about managers not following through on promises. The only request not attended to was the request to book next year at a discounted rate and due to the calendar for those dates not being open yet they were unable to quickly oblige, however, managers did take the time to speak with you on numerous occasions including once today to let you know it is being looked into and are trying to do everything they can to get the proper information to you. If there was absolutely anything else that was promised and not delivered, please do let us know. We take great pride in our service and unfortunately some requests such as this cannot be granted instantaneously, either by upper management or anyone else.

Easy commute to the Freedom Factory

Chose this property to be close enough to AMI and also for the straight shot to the Freedom Factory for their freedom 500. I also appreciated them being so pet accommodating for last minute boarding issues for someone in our group. GORGEOUS backyard, and house in general. Top priority to stay here again our next trip to Bradenton!

Very spacious. Well appointed. Excellent hvac system. Well lighted rooms. Truly appreciated the garage. Definitely worth another stay, only longer next time.

Wonderful Stay

This is a fantastic property. Conveniently located and a close 10 min drive to Anna Marie island. We loved the fact that he house is beautifully decorated and updated. The property really stands out in comparison to most in the area. There are beautiful fruit trees planted in the yard and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. The management were very responsive as well. We will definitely be back soon.

Bright and Beachy

The house is as pictured. We liked the windows that bring in a lot of natural light. The kitchen is well outfitted with appliances, dishes, and utensils. The beds are very comfortable. The yard is private and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. It was great being able to use the garage. We will definitely rent this house again! It’s in the perfect area to get to the beaches, as well as Robinson and DeSoto preserves. Tom & Renee

Never happened

Please disregard our rating on the location as we never got to see it and I don't want to impact the listing as they did try to help us. I did want to let others know what happened to us. It is hard to really rate our stay since we never were able to stay there. We received a text at 8:45 am the morning of our intended checkin that there was a roof issue that they could not fix in time for our check in and so they cancelled our reservation. This created significant stress as we were leaving for our flight in less than 3 hours. I then spent that time trying to find different accommodations. The company tried to be helpful with that process yet with that timeline most of the places available were further away from where we needed to be and more expensive or not enough rooms. They did give us a full refund and sent us information to submit which I have not had a chance to really look at. It was a very stressful day and flight as we tried to find a appropriate place to stay which ultimately required us to use another site because VRBO would not let us try to serach for places on the day of checking. We ended up needing to get a hotel for the first night and then checkin to another place.

This house is beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed our stay and exploring the area. We were down visiting family and it was easy to travel to them. We enjoyed days by the pool and just getting time to relax together. Would stay again.
