Great stay in Hilton Head

We really enjoyed this little gem. Loved the short walking distance to the beach, private balcony with a perfect view to the beach, and very comfortable beds and living space. Highly recommend this place, we will certainly be back!

Great condo in a great location

This condo was very well updated and perfect for my husband and myself. We love the location and that they condo as a whole is small and right on the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was very cute and perfect for the two of us. The gate code was incorrect but contacting the property manager got it straightened out. We would stay here again.

Second Stay

This was the second time we’ve stayed at this complex and it’s a great fit for our family of four. It’s a great location to walk to Coligny and convenient to the beach. The shared laundry room is efficient but I did report the washing machine was not working and the property manager was on it pretty quickly. We will absolutely book here again.

Overall a nice condo. Great location. King matress needs replaced. Screen door was off track when we arrived. We felt safe with locked gates at entrance and from the beach.

Great location , no HVAC

Great location close to the beach. The HVAC system was not working at all during our stay. It was difficult to communicate with the property manager.

Great Location

The condo is located in a great, central location of the island. Close to dining, the park, big box stores, and of course the beach. As we visited in the winter it was very quiet and peaceful. If you're coming in the Summer, be aware that it is right behind the pool. With Fire TV AND cable, along with Wi-Fi, it certainly is a great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle from the daily grind. My only issue is that there could've been more consideration put into the cleanliness of the space.

Bring your own iron

Although my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I left very disappointed with the company. There was no iron upon arrival (which was important because all of my clothes were wrinkled from traveling). I reached out immediately and they said they would address the situation. I called the next day to see if someone was bringing an iron so I could get ready for dinner and was told someone would be sent to look for the iron. No one ever came. All I wanted to do was iron my clothes for dinner. What a shame. The condo was very nice and perfect for a beach getaway.

Great location, but noisy from above…

Great location, wooden path to the beach, well stocked both kitchen and living area, very very clean upon arrival. Convenient secure parking area. The drawback is the noise from the condo above. You hear every footstep, toilet and some conversation. The master bed mattress is much to soft. If it had not been New Years weekend, I would have pushed hard for a replacement. I did let the management company know.

Wish it were better

Location as a beachfront rental definitely has it's value, and it was nice to have updated bathrooms, that was a plus. Our stay was enjoyable due to the amenities, but a few things will keep us from coming back - broken ice maker in the fridge, so 2 ice trays were left in there - I'm NOT making ice on a vacation, whether that was an owner or vacasa decision, it was a very poor choice. Then we find the Keurig up in the closet, pull it out, and it also doesn't work, another bad choice to not replace but to add a $20 drip coffee maker. We also found that pots and pan storage was under the sink, never seen this in my whole life, plumbing, leaks, chemicals etc go under there - my wife felt it necessary to wash every pan we used. Lastly, the walls and ceiling are paper thin, we had an extended family staying directly above us, their exuberance was vacation level high all week. This is not a complaint for the owner, but an important reminder that some buildings will not muffle neighbor noise - this is one of them.

Great property at a great location!

You cannot beat this location. Corner unit, walking distance to the beach and Caligny plaza. Everything was as promised. Just a heads up in case anyone else missed it like I did, this condo does not have laundry facilities inside the unit, rather, they are in a nearby shared laundry room, and you will need quarters. Property manager does call this out in the listing, but I totally missed it. Google maps will try to take you to the neighboring property (Shoreland) so just be cognizant. The drives are right next to each other. All in all, this was an exceptional deal and we really enjoyed our time here!

Nice place in Hilton Head

Overall our stay was excellent. The property was gated, quiet with pool and access to beach. Condo itself had some rehab done but you can see that it is an older building. The only thing that made us uncomfortable was a big critter (cockroach) that walked from under the couch in living room. We reported it but based on the follow up call I got from Vacasa, this is a known issue there and there was not much they could do which I can understand. They do have inspections and there might have been one scheduled soon. After exterminating a big guy I looked myself under the beds and didn’t find any other members of the family, but I did find a place a bit dusty with beach sand on the rug and under beds. Again everything else was overall great and we end up enjoying our stay.
