This End-Unit Townhome is strategically located just a short 0.5 mile walk or bike ride to Shipyard’s private beach area (next to the Sonesta Resort), which you can easily reach by Shipyard’s beautiful walking and biking trails!



This home features two inviting bedrooms: a master suite with a king bed and a private bath, and a second bedroom that also includes a king bed and its own full bath. There's even a cozy bonus room with an additional twin bed (perfect for child or an extra guest), and a queen sized pull out bed in the living room for even more sleeping space if needed! This home has everything you will need for an unforgettable vacation, including a huge back patio with a beautiful view of the golf course, plenty of outdoor seating, a grill, and a fire pit table! There is a balcony deck off the two bedrooms that offers the same great view of the golf course with more privacy! There is also a desk if you need to work, a dining room table that comfortably seats six, a fully-stocked kitchen, a coffee bar area, brand new living room furnishings, as well as a fenced in front patio area perfect for dining or reading. Very nice place. Great location. We were about to ride bicycles to close destinations. The rental was fairly clean and maintained. The kitchen was adequately stocked with appliances and utensils for preparing meals. Beds were surprisingly comfortable.

There so many things wrong. If was difficult just getting the code to get into the condo. They lied it was sent then they sent it an hour later. The downstairs was cool, but upstairs was oven like in two of the bedrooms. We wanted to use the grill, but no gas. We had to go buy it ourselves. The glass back door only functioned because my son was very strong. Then they decided we were going to leave on Friday and sent the police to our place. They pounded on the door with their hands on their guns. They said they were told we were homeless and refused to leave. But the lies continue, they were also told that the cleaners came at 10 and were afraid of my 12 pound dog. My entire family was sitting on the couch that day until 12:30. No one came to the door. They sent me a message about 3 saying they were coming to get my dog to have someone keep her. I showed the police your website with the date we were to leave. They called the office and they said, oh they can stay another day!! We proceeded to pack and go. The police were very concerned about this. So no we did not have a good experience.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry there was confusion regarding your departure date. According to the reservation confirmation, arrival information, and parking pass provided before and during your stay, the scheduled check-out time was **10:00 AM on Friday, June 26**. When you did not check out as scheduled, our team made several attempts over the course of a few hours to contact you by phone but was unable to reach you. Because your dog had been left alone on the property, we became concerned for your well-being and requested a welfare check through Beaufort County. Shortly afterward, Shipyard Security informed us that you were at the beach, and we learned there had been a misunderstanding regarding your departure date. By that time, our housekeeping team had already been scheduled to prepare the home for the next arriving guest. Unfortunately, because the property remained occupied beyond the confirmed reservation, we were unable to prepare it as planned and had to relocate the incoming guest, resulting in significant inconvenience and additional costs. We always strive to provide clear communication and appreciate the opportunity to clarify what occurred. We wish you all the best in your future travels.
