The Space:

An amazing stay awaits you at this spacious home with ocean views from almost every room. This home features a large deck and is close to nearby beaches, so be sure to take advantage of the free WiFi to download a good playlist to your device for those long walks along the lapping coastline. With Newport just a few miles up the road where you can visit the famous Oregon Coast Aquarium, this South Beach home has something for everyone.



Afterward, come home to have a relaxing soak in the jetted tub. Inside, the open concept offers plenty of space for everyone to enjoy, and you'll love snuggling up on the comfy furniture to watch your favorite movies and shows on the large TV. The full kitchen has all the appliances, counter space, and cabinet storage you need to cook up delicious meals for everyone to enjoy at the dining table with seating for your guests. The breakfast bar includes bar stools and the wrap-around deck is furnished for alfresco meals. There are plenty of board games and the downstairs entertainment boasts a small library, an extra TV, and plenty of room for the kids to play. You'll also find the home's private washer and dryer to keep everyone looking their best during your stay.

The house was amazing. Like all vacation rentals the pots and pan selection left a lot to be desired. What was there was not horrible but only one large pan. The vacuum needs upgrading but despite that the floors were pretty clean. View is amazing and plenty of table and chair space for meals. Home is older and does need a few minor repairs but overall the view makes any minor issues invisible. Was worried about the walk to the back. Short walk with quite a few steps but really easy to maneuver. From 3 to 63 no one had any problem with stairs.

The view from the house was fantastic. There is no address when you turn off the highway there’s no visible address at the house. The house is covered in white carpet with stains all over it and throw mats to cover the worst stains. There is mold in the downstairs bathroom and it has a musty smell and the entire house is very worn. The downstairs mattresses are very uncomfortable. The problem isn’t that the house is very old and needed an update. The problem is it’s not clean. Every corner has built-up dust. We used the vacuum cleaner which is completely broken. Why have it there. Underneath the couch was a lot of popcorn from a previous guest. I can say the windows were clean and the view is spectacular. It is a very short walk down to the beach. The family room is a great gathering spot with spectacular views. There is no barbecue available and the checkout time is 10 AM which seemed a little bit early for a weekend family gathering. I feel like we paid top dollar and received a subpar accommodations.

I am a travel agent, this was a personal stay with my husband and a couple friends.1) there isn’t a address placard from the road, hard to find2) too many # to unlock the door, it times out before you can get the combo in3) the carpet is filthy, rugs thrown everywhere to cover up big stains and damaged floors from aging property settling damage4)cabinets warn and dirty5) towels stained and stinky6) the deck on the front of the house is not structurally sound, it’s coming loose from the house and foundation and is a hazard.7)The coffee maker doesn’t have the right basket for the filter so it doesn’t work properly and coffee goes all over the counter 8) the queen beds downstairs are so hard and worn are so uncomfortable sleeping on the couch was a better option 9) the door knobs on the lower front of the house are literally corroded in place and no longer even look like a door knob. 10) there were broken glasses in the cupboard with other glasses. 11) the landscaping is so overgrown it’s difficult to see and enjoy the ocean from the wrap around deck. If I had been involved with renting this property to one of my clients I would have been mortified. This property needs some serious structural attention and an aesthetic uplift and new carpet/flooring. Charging 500 plus a night is shameful for a property in this condition.

The house had a fantastic view but had issues with the ID verification process. Had to spend 6 hours over 2 days trying to get through the process and figure out what the problem was. I was able to get through the process by going to a friend's house and use his internet to complete the process, that is not what I want to do leading into a vacation. The property was great and I had a great time. The only other issue I had there was a 10-digit access code. I have never seen that before. Not sure why. I guess for security. It was difficult inputting the number before it timed out. A 5-digit code is more than enough.
