Lodge au Mont Hood en forêt avec foyer extérieur et NOUVEAU jacuzzi privé

We're thrilled to hear that you had such a spectacular visit, Christopher! It’s wonderful to know that the photos matched your experience and that our communication met your expectations. The tree vanity in the downstairs bathroom is indeed a unique touch, and we’re glad you found the bedding and beds comfy. After a hike, there's nothing quite like soaking in the hot tub, and we’re delighted it added to your relaxation. The swing is a favorite spot for many of our guests, and we’re glad you enjoyed it too. We appreciate your kind words about the property’s location and privacy. We would love to welcome you back for another stay whenever you're ready!

Jason, we appreciate you sharing your experience with us, even though it sounds like your journey to the cabin was quite an adventure. We understand how frustrating it can be when navigation leads you astray, especially with kids in the car. We’re sorry to hear that the road conditions added to your stress. Regarding your stay at Sycamore Lodge, we genuinely regret that the cabin did not meet your expectations. We strive to provide a clean and comfortable environment, and it’s disappointing to hear that the floors and kitchen were not up to standard. Your feedback about the firewood and the lighting is valuable, and we will certainly look into these details to ensure future guests have a better experience. We also want to clarify that the camera is in place for security purposes, and we appreciate your understanding of that policy. We take guest privacy seriously, and we’re sorry if this caused any discomfort during your stay. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. We hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future, as we would love the opportunity to provide you with a more enjoyable experience.
