The Space:

This comfortable home in Sunriver is the perfect spot to spend your next family vacation! You'll be set with a private hot tub, and access to the pools, fitness center, and tennis courts with SHARC passes for eight.



Located at the north end of Sunriver, both the Woodlands Golf Course and the Sunriver Marketplace are an easy walk away.



The house itself is spacious with plenty of room to relax. The main room has a selection of comfy furniture, a full bookshelf, and a flat screen cable TV with a DVD player and a library of movies. A gas fireplace makes this room extra cozy on colder nights.



In the same room is a dining table that will seat six - great for a family dinner or board games. There are three stools at the kitchen counter right beside the table for extra seating. A fully-stocked kitchen with plenty of counterspace makes cooking easy and enjoyable, and a dishwasher saves you the hassle of clean-up.



Outside is a deck with patio furniture and a table where you'll be able to enjoy sunny days, and a gas grill for barbecuing your favorite meals. The hot tub is surrounded by a fence for private and luxurious soaking.



Three bedrooms and three full baths make this house suitable for up to eight guests. One bedroom features a king-sized bed and a TV, another features a king bed and a twin. The master has a queen bed, a full private bath, TV, and direct access to the hot tub outside.

A private washer/dryer makes laundry easy, and WiFi is available for your convenience.There over 30 miles of paved bike paths, and your SHARC passes will ensure you have plenty more fun lined up!



This house is perfect for a large family or a group of friends - ride the mile and half out to the stables to go horseback riding, or rent some gear from the marina and float the Deschutes. Food and drinks can be found in the Village at Sunriver just two miles away, and 15 miles north in Bend you'll have 20 breweries to choose from, not to mention a wide selection of stellar food!

Nice quiet neighborhood. Local store close by and easy access to highway to Bend. Bathrooms fully stocked. Kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook meals at the home. Great setup for families and friends. Would stay again.

We really loved the one-level of this house. Perfectly comfortable and easy to bring in groceries and vacation bags. We will definitely rent this house again!

Clean and good size rooms

The home does not have A/C. So keep this in mind if you’re going in the summer. It has been renovated but the bikes need TLC and the hot tub cover is incredibly heavy and old. Beware if you’re trying to open it. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay for our family

We stayed here with our three kids and my parents. The bedroom/bathroom set up was perfect for our group. Everything was very clean and the living space was cozy with the gas fireplace. We woke up to a beautiful winter wonderland each morning in a peaceful neighborhood. Had a great time walking, sledding and swimming nearby. The hot tub was a hit too! We are thankful for a wonderful little vacation spent here.

Great value and worth another visit

We enjoyed our stay and felt like it was a good value, especially compared to pricing of other Sunriver homes. It was a good layout, with three baths (nice!). Not fancy, but perfectly comfortable, with an updated kitchen, nice laundry room and hot tub. Would definitely stay again. One note on the bikes in the garage is they are in need of service or repair. We ended up renting bikes.

Nice stay in Sunriver

The property is very well maintained/updated with new appliances and great beds. Hot tub was wonderful at night. A couple of the lamps didn’t work and the staff offered to swap them out but it was fine. Sink in the master bedroom was slow to drain but everything else worked fine. Great location and they supply SHARC passes which we didn’t use. Overall very pleased

Nice home, needs work

It’s a nice home/layout but it is in serious need of basic updates. Beds and bedding was terribly uncomfortable, there was no AC (it was 95 out), and the home was HOT, the bikes are ancient and if they continue to be advertised, they should be updated. Furniture is also bulky and uncomfortable.

Don't do it - and Vacasa is a terrible mgmt company

Stayed here with family of 4 and this place was a letdown from the beginning. First they charged an extraordinary amount in fees! So the overall amount you pay is almost twice as much as the per day rate. The house is pretty run down - all sort of issues, garage door hard to open/close, moldy showers, etc. The worst part were the bikes - all 5 bikes had issues (flat tires, loose tires, etc.) so we ended up having to rent bikes. And you need the bikes b/c this location is very far from the main Village - so the location is not ideal. The vacation rental company Vacasa is a scam. I left a shirt after the trip - and they charged me $25 to just look. Of course they didn't find it but the $25 is non-refundable! Even if you choose to stay here, you're better off paying a homeowner directly than Vacasa.

Great Vacation Home

My family of two parents, two kids, and grandparents stayed here and loved this house. For a smaller home, the layout is awesome and feels so much more spacious than it looks. Having double primary suites with bathrooms was great, plus the kids had their own bathroom in the hall too. The kitchen and bathroom remodels are really nice! The kitchen is huge and incredibly well stocked. All the furniture looks nice and is comfortable. We also loved the hot tub and the deck, with huge shade umbrella and built in bench seating. We would absolutely stay here again. We’ve been to Sunriver 4 times now and this is my favorite of all the homes I’ve stayed in. It being a one story, with plenty of fans provided, also helped it stay fairly cool during the heat wave. We just kept the blinds and curtains shut during the day and opened the windows for the cool breeze in the mornings and evenings.

Beautiful smaller rental house. Close to Sun River amenities, and easy access to HWY 97, important if you want to go into Bend. Great value overall, and we would stay in this unit again, anytime. Thanks!

Beautiful and peaceful

I traveled with my husband and another couple. The house is very clean and organized well. The first night, two deer walked by the huge sliding glass door in the living room while we prepped for dinner. The two masters have their own private bathroom, and there's one in the hall for guests or those using the third bedroom. We had a wonderful time and hope we can book there again in the future.
