Nestled perfectly in the idyllic Broken Top neighborhood, this second-floor condo will undoubtedly be the highlight of your next couple’s getaway or solo retreat!



All-season adventure awaits, from hiking and mountain biking to world-class winter and water sports - delight in every attraction Bend offers. You’ll be just two-and-a-half miles from the Old Mill district and even closer to downtown walks along the Deschutes River. Mount Bachelor is 20 miles away, giving easy access to the Cascade Lakes Highway to explore the gorgeous landscape. Enjoy stand-up paddleboarding and rafting on the Deschutes, climbing at Smith Rock, and trying all the local craft breweries and restaurants.



Inside, relax in front of the gas fireplace in the cozy living area or grill out on the spacious deck while soaking up some sun. The stylish full kitchen boasts modern appliances and plenty of counter space for quickly crafting delicious home-cooked meals. After a day on the mountain, unwind on the balcony with a glass of wine as the starlight illuminates the mountaintops.

Wonderful! Cozy and perfect for a ski weekend. The kitchen doesn’t have a ton of cooking supplies but we weren’t cooking much so it was just what we needed.

What a lovely place! It looked just like the photos and had a homey feel. The golf course it’s on is peaceful and private. Note: use the building number signs to find the unit # - Google Maps placed us a couple buildings over.

The sheets were not washed upon arrival, there were dog hair and human hair on the sheets. We were able to get into the housekeeping area and find clean sheets available. There was also dirty towels left on the refrigerator. Not good directions in Vrbo about check-in, you have to go through the main gate to get into the location. If you look on Vacasa‘s website it has these directions. Location is good though.

Clean Accommodation and Great Location!

We loved this condo in Broken Top! It was a beautiful and peaceful location that was perfect for bringing our dog. Plenty of space for us with our dog. Also, for being dog-friendly, the condo was immaculate and incredibly clean. The location was fantastic as we were never more than 5-10 minutes away from anywhere we wanted to go. Perfect place for a couple visiting Bend!

This stay was so wonderful. As soon as we entered the property, we were blown away by how clean and beautifully put together it was. Having all new appliances and luxury bedding was a plus! We would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a pet friendly rental in the area. Thank you for sharing this property with us!

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful weekend stay in this condo. Overall was fantastic, very clean, new appliances, cozy and plenty of space for two people. Was a little hard to find the unit but the directions in the email gave us walking directions to the corner unit. Only downside was could have used a toaster and a trash can in the bathrooms but overall 5 stars!

Keep coming back!

This was second time booking this place and overall we again loved it! This trip there was some cleaning issues that I hope gets addressed in the future. But we will def be coming back! The only thing that could make this place better would be if we could play the course it’s on lol :) but would highly recommend!!

Great location and lovely small condo. The bed and sofa were both comfortable. We really loved our stay. Only issue was the nest thermostat kept setting itself to 62-66 degrees and we had a hard time trying to keep it at 70. (Summer) we don’t cook on vacation but I agree the place has sparse kitchen items. They did have a small curling air brush like a mini version of my Revlon one in the bathroom which was awesome!!!!! They also had two box fans which was nice. I’d stay here again. It would be nice if the neighborhood came up with a better system for getting in and out of the gate but it’s not bad.

Nice property and location. Convenient, especially to Westside activities. Kitchen could use a few more perks. Very few dishes. No big pot to cook in or baking supplies, etc. Great for a few nights stay but we were there for several weeks and a few more items in the kitchen would have really been nice.Very clean. Cute. Great spot for staying in Bend

This unit is on private property (Broken Top Club) which is well maintained and quiet. Great location very close to OSU's Bend campus and everything downtown. Directions to go through the main gate were clear and key code entry made it easy to access. Bed was comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen but it appeared well-appointed. Wifi worked great. Fireplace is a nice amenity. I would definitely recommend staying here and would book again. We didn't bring our dog, but nice to know it was dog-friendly. Would recommend for single or couples looking for a place to stay while working or visiting Bend. Would not recommend for larger groups or families or anyone who would have trouble with stairs (stair access to top floor unit).

Comfortable Home in Great Location

This is a relatively small condo with comfortable leather sofa's, and comfortable bed. We formerly lived in Bend, so we knew the location is great. Easy bike access in any direction. Good to note the kitchen is a bit bare except for really basic items. No toaster, 2 kitchen towels for a week and 3 hangers each for two people for a week! No problem, we thought, we'll just contact Vacasa to request a toaster, a couple kitchen towels and a few more hangers. We were informed they could not supply these simple items. It was crazy. They kept saying, "I'm sorry we can't supply these items, but is there anything we can do for you?' Well, then, probably not. So, we went to the store (on our vacation) and bought a toaster, 2 more kitchen towels, and 10 hangers. We left them for future renters to enjoy!
