Floor-to-ceiling windows and vaulted ceilings allow for ample sunshine and stunning forest views in the great room. Kick back on the plush sectional and stream new Netflix releases on the 60-inch TV. The gas-burning fireplace creates additional allure.



Newly updated with a full suite of high-end, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, the kitchen is sure to delight any home chef. When it's time to eat, share home-cooked meals around the table for eight.

-Incline Village beach access and recreation center amenities (fitness center, pools, group fitness classes, etc.) are no longer available to guests. Beaches outside of Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.

-Access to this two-story home is via one flight of exterior stairs.

-Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

-This home is not equipped with air conditioning.
