Bien entretenu et récemment rénové, le condo de l'unité de fin de location de vacances de Rocky Ridge Rocky Ridge dispose de 4 chambres à coucher, 2. 5 salles de bains. Wifi à l'unité. Lakeviews sont des rives nord et est. Le développement est proche de tout ce que Tahoe City a à offrir. Rocky Ridge est une communauté fermée de 60 acres entouré par l'Etat des terres forestières, où vous pourrez profiter de la nature sur l'un des nombreux sentiers de randonnée ou de VTT à quelques pas. Les installations comprennent 2 piscines, 2 spas (dont l'un est ouvert tout l'hiver), le tennis, le basket-ball, aire de jeux, terrain de boule de Bocce et d'une plage privée avec une jetée, des bouées, des installations pour barbecue, club-house et un terrain de volley. Chaque location condo offre des plafonds voûtés de style montagnard, de belles cheminées rocheuses, une cuisine entièrement équipée, tous ensemble dans un plan d'étage de deux étages ouvert.

This was our second stay here. It was a warm and clear weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed the views! We hosted a multi-family dinner at the the large dining room table and shared stories in the spacious family room. This is a great property!

Perfect vacation rental in Tahoe City. Our family enjoyed this large well equipped townhouse. Many hours were spent on the deck enjoying the view . We enjoyed playing tennis and pickleball and also visited the beach club. We would love to rent this unit again in the future !

We had a very pleasant stay. The place was spacious enough for our multi-generation family. The upgraded kitchen and bathrooms were nice! The views from multiple rooms are spectacular! We'd come back in a heartbeat.

Scenic and comfortable

Located high on a ridge overlooking the lake and conveniently close to restaurants and shops, the house could not be in a better spot, The deck is a peaceful and scenic place to relax though deck furniture could be better, House is well equipped and very comfortable. Easy access with parking just outside front door.

Great views, clean property, and easy access to the N Lake Tahoe /Tahoe City ski areas and restaurants. Half the pictures I took on my ski trip are looking out the back of the condo at the lake.

Almost don’t want to write the review as more folks will discover it but we love it there. This condo is well stocked and everything is in great working order. It was only a short stay but we will be back!!

Great location

Property was as described, clean with stunning view. It was ideally located close to great eateries. We had difficulty checking in as the door and gate codes were not provided. We had slight difficulty finding the property with the address provided as the google map guided us to someone else's house and we got yelled at. I think the check in information could have been more clearer, apart from that we had a great time.

Probably one of the best views in the area.

This was our first time in Tahoe. A beautiful area. We stayed off season since we were in California for a wedding. We have no complaints about our stay. We would suggest you arrive during daylight hours since the road and finding the townhome can be a challenge otherwise.

Great week in Tahoe

This property exceeded expectations. The gated community aspect was a plus. Beautiful property set up high on a ridge away from all the businesses in Tahoe city. The unit was well equipped and access was easy. The view from the deck of sunrises and moonrises over the lake were wonderful. Had people come from across the country to celebrate a birthday. We enjoyed nearby hiking, shopping and a paddle boat tour. We all have great memories from this place on Lake Tahoe. Thanks to the management company for offering this diamond.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pros - Place had a nice view, kitchen was fairly stocked, big dining room table Cons - 1. The tv reception was so bad that it was not worth trying to watch. No games in the rental as an alternative. 2. As we were driving up to Tahoe, we received a call asking if someone would be around to open the door to let someone in to replace the internet router. Really? Also, note that if there is no internet, too bad. 3. Although there was a cleaning fee, we still had to clean up according to the book found in the unit. If there is a cleaning fee, we should not have to clean before we leave. Pull sheets, run washing machine, empty all wastebaskets and take out garbage, run dishwasher, wipe all countertops and can’t remember what else was on the list or I would be charged an additional fee. I would never leave a place in a mess but found this a bit excessive.

The owner upgraded the internet the day the guests were arriving; unfortunately we do not control the cable company’s schedule. The installer checked the internet and cable and both were working when renters took occupancy. It is a shame the people do not let us know of these issues while they are there so we can have them checked out... The only thing we ask is that the laundry is started and the dishes n the dishwasher started.

Unbeatable lake views and Tahoe city location

The lake view and beautiful resort amenities were amazing way to spend your time. Having 4 bedrooms was perfect for our party of 8. Safeway and restaurants extremely convient location. Wish the summer pool was open. We did notice a mouse infestation in the house. Set some traps out to try and help owners with catching some of them.
