Excellent location and clean lodging. The bed needs some help, maybe a mattress topper or something inexpensive can fix the support in it. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great location, well kept home.

We loved that it was a great location to town, easily walkable. The apartment is clean and nicely stocked. There is a great shared area of grass and beach, and it's private. Sadly, the reason for the privacy is that the beach has surrounding properties with long piers that prevent walking down the beach. If you want to meander to town along the water, you have to first go to the street and around the properties.

This is a great place to stay, I would say better for a couple. The unit is clean and very well stocked; nice cookware and knife set, dishes, glasses, etc. The shared beach and pool are both very nice. I would say bring your own washclothes and Kleenex (facial tissue). I don't know if there's an iron/ironing board, so if this is something you need, check with the owners first.This is within walking distance to all of Kings Beach's restaurants and stores, and the main beach.I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
