Hello Lisa, thank you for sharing your experience with us; we appreciate your honest feedback. I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed the cabin's furnishings, views, neighborhood, and parking. However, I apologize for the glitches you experienced with the hot tub cleaning after your arrival and the TV turning on unexpectedly. I understand how important ease of access is when traveling with an elderly parent, and I'm sorry that this posed a challenge during your stay. I exhausted all my resources and could not find any communication from you regarding your inquiry about the ground floor bedroom. We provided you with detailed information before your arrival, including a link to the Vacasa website featuring a virtual tour of the home. Please note that this property was not advertised as mobility accessible. I regret that we didn’t fully meet your expectations this time. We would love the opportunity to host you again and ensure a much better experience in the future.

I understand how frustrating this must have been for you and your family during your reunion. Your experience is important to us, and I will ensure that your concerns are addressed with our management team to improve communication and service in the future. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to host you again under better circumstances.
