After a fun-filled day of exploration, soak in the hot tub or get cozy around the firepit. A large fenced yard adds privacy and space for the kids to play. Complimentary WiFi, washer/dryer, toys, kids games, and parking are provided.



Curl up on the sofa bed in the comfortable first-floor living area and watch TV beside an electric fireplace. Prep meals in the well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, then share meals in the inviting dining space. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in closet, and 42' TV. A luxurious en-suite bath boasts a clawfoot tub. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin trundle. A second-floor guest bath holds a tub/shower combination, and a guest bath off the living room has a walk-in shower. The sofa bed on the upstairs landing offers another comfy place to curl up.



Your rental is convenient to Harrah's Casino (0.9 mi) and Montbleu (1.1 mi). In warmer months, head to Ski Run Marina (1mi), which offers boat rentals, kayaks, parasailing, shops, and restaurants.cJust 7.6 miles, historic Camp Richardson offers more warm-weather fun with a sandy beach, watersports, and hiking trails. Enjoy fresh snow at Heavenly Ski Resort, 0.7 miles away. Or head the same distance to Marriott Grand Residence for shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and entertainment options.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

important community expectations and rules for guests staying in our

neighborhoods outside of the Tourist Core. We believe that you, your family, and

friends can have an amazing vacation while still being respectful and

considerate to the neighbors around you.



City of South Lake Tahoe Short Term Rental Ordinances



a. The maximum occupancy of this property at all times, 24 hours a day,

is 6 persons. Up to 4 children aged 13 and under do not count

towards this occupancy limit.

b. Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are prohibited.

c. No use of outdoor spas or hot tubs is allowed after 10pm or before

8am.

d. No outdoor amplified music, speakers, or other noise-generating

equipment is allowed after 10pm or before 8am.

e. Parking is prohibited on unpaved surfaces or on neighboring private

property without permission. Parking is allowed only on paved

Surfaces. Only 3 vehicles allowed.

f. Parking of commercial vehicles on the property is prohibited, except

temporarily for durations of less than 4 hours.

g. Camping and sleeping in tents, travel trailers, campers, or

recreational vehicles is prohibited at the property.

h. Trash and recycling shall not be left or stored outside except in a

container (trash can) within a bear box or in an animal-resistant cart

provided for use by South Tahoe Refuse.



i. Trash day is every Monday. ☐ Bear box: All trash shall be stored

in the bear box and will be collected from the bear box by South

Tahoe Refuse on trash day. ☐ No bear box: Trash and recycling shall

not be brought out to the curb before 6:00am on trash day, and shall

be removed from the curb no later than 6:00pm on trash day.



Violations of any of these conditions of operation are subject to

citations and fines starting at $1,500 per violation may be issued to both occupant

and to the property owner.
