Spanning 19 acres with breathtaking views of the lake and the Sierras, Lakeland Village offers an unforgettable resort-like experience with two outdoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna, private sandy beach access, and a pier – all within a mile of Heavenly Resort. Enjoy world-class skiing in the winter and hiking, biking, golfing, and water activities in the summer. Take a short stroll along the shoreline to Ski Run Marina for boat rentals, fishing charters, shopping, and local dining options.





A 2-minute walk to the lake, your two-bedroom with loft townhome boasts vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, ceiling fans in all rooms, and all-new LVP flooring throughout. The full kitchen is updated with granite countertops and well-equipped for prepping your favorite recipes, and there's plenty of space to gather for mealtime, board games, and puzzles between the living and dining areas. Unwind after an adventurous day by streaming a show on the living room's smart TV or watching a show from your bed. Step out on the balcony for a view of the green, wooded property grounds and a breath of fresh mountain air anytime.

Enjoy access to Lakeland Village's private beach, pools, hot tubs, lakeside barbecues, sauna, and fitness center—amenities that are private to the Lakeland Village community and available only to guests and owners. These spaces are shared, meaning they are not exclusive to this individual unit.





Things to Know

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

We loved it!

The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. Very cozy wonderful place to stay. Walk to beach was shorter than anticipated, which was nice with the little one. Definitely want to stay again.

A perfect hideaway!

The "hideaway" was exactly what we needed after five days of attending a conference in Reno. Easy to get to and find for someone new to the area. Near both the mountain and the lake, and walkable to numerous service and restaurants it made for perfect spot.

Great Stay

We've stayed at Lakeland Village properties many times, and this is a very updated and cozy property. Very short walk to the lake and a very nice and comfortable property. Everything in the house was very new, clean, and high quality.

Very clean, pretty close to the beach. The walls/floors are paper thin and creak pretty loud when someone is upstairs.

Great place to stay

We stayed in early June and this is by far the nicest place to stay on the shore. Right on the lake, with great views of mountains, the pier, the pools, it is a family friendly and clean, quiet place to stay. Entry and checkout was painless and easy through texting systems. We were close to shops but far enough from the road and close enough to the beach to make it feel relaxing and a step away from the crowds and into nature.

Great location

This was an ideal location for exploring south Tahoe. One thing I want to point out is the two bathrooms are located on the lower level so if you are challenged with stairs this may not be ideal for you. The property management swiftly repaired the steps that were broken causing a guest to slip and fall.

Wonderful location

Very orderly and neat. Excellent location. Here for the winter sports but this has a lovely setting for summertime fun. Suggestion for anyone with toddlers bring a removable gate for downstairs steps.We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

Clean, Welcoming Unit in a Great Location

Had a wonderful stay here at the end of August. Perfect spot for 2 small families. Space was as advertised and exceeded our expectations. Clean, comfortable, with everything you need to feel settled in. Location is great with proximity to the lake and being just off the main road through town. I'd definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking, and will even try to rebook ourselves on our next Tahoe trip. Thanks for the memories!

Great venue - but parking

Our unit was great. But we would not recommend leaving the village by car on the 4th of July. We were unable to get a parking space for a couple of hours on the 4th due to many unauthorized people allowed to park earlier in the day.

Lovely condo!

This was a lovely condo just a few steps from a community beach/pier on the shores of Lake Tahoe. As this was our first trip out here, the location was perfect for us, easy to get around and the condo itself was very nice. You do hear the traffic from the main street, but it was not intrusive. The bathroom layout made it quite communal but it worked okay for us. Overall, a lovely homey condo that was comfortable and inviting - highly recommended!
