"MEET ME AT OUR SPOT" is a thoughtfully designed, spacious 2-bedroom condo - a 5 minute drive from Cherry Grove Beach! Centrally located to the best North Myrtle Beach dining, shopping, and entertainment. Surrounded by 20 golf courses within a 10 mile radius. Walking distance to the pool with a private balcony overlooking a serene wooded area and a lake.

ENTRY
"Meet Me At Our Spot" is a 5 minute drive from Cherry Grove Beach and is situated up 1 flight of stairs on the 2nd floor of the building. The code lock on the front door means you won't have to carry around a key! You'll walk into the spacious foyer and hallway that hold 3 closets. One closet holds your beach essentials, another holds basic cleaning supplies, and the third is an owner's closet. The beach essentials include 5 chairs, 2 umbrellas, 1 beach bag, 4 boogie boards, 1 cooler, beach towels, and kids toys/activities.
FIRST FLOOR BEDROOM AND BATHROOM
The primary bedroom is on the first floor, has 1 queen bed, a desk area, mirror, and plenty of storage space for your clothes. There is a full bathroom attached to the primary bedroom with additional access from the hallway.
KITCHEN
The kitchen, dining room, and living room are open concept encouraging hang outs together once you come off the beach. The kitchen has fully updated appliances, a Keurig, toaster, microwave, blender, dinnerware, utensils, and basic cooking supplies. In the cupboard, there are basic spices, water bottles and can koozies that can be taken to the beach.
DINING ROOM
The dining room has a 4-seat table that overlooks the kitchen and living room. There is additional seating at the kitchen bar.
LIVING ROOM
The living room has a 3-seat couch, 3 recliners, and 2 stools/ottomans - plenty of space for the whole crew to unwind. The entertainment console under the TV has family friendly games. The TV has cable and is a smart TV where you can log into your streaming accounts.
THE BALCONY
The outdoor space off of the living room gives you views of the woods and the lake. There are 4 outdoor chairs, and to the left, you'll find a door leading to the laundry space equipped with detergent.
SECOND FLOOR BEDROOM AND BATHROOM
The fun spiral stairs lead to the second bedroom loft area where you'll find 2 queen beds, a desk area and mirror, and an attached full bathroom.
