Nous vous invitons à partager notre chez-soi à Sunset Village situé dans Sandpiper Bay Golf Club, à 10 minutes de Sensational Sunset Beach, à 15 minutes de Ocean Isle Beach et à 20 minutes de North Myrtle Beach.
Notre rez-de-chaussée 2 chambres, 2 unités de bain peut accueillir confortablement 6 invités.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit King pouvant être converti en 2 lits jumeaux si nécessaire,
Combiné TV / lecteur DVD, immense walk-in, salle de bain privée et accès à la terrasse. La deuxième chambre a 2 lits jumeaux et un écran plat TV / DVD combo.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils principaux et petits, y compris un lave-vaisselle et une buanderie avec laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur.
Le salon comprend un 42 "télévision par câble à écran plat et un lecteur DVD, beaucoup de jeux de société, le canapé se transforme en un grand lit queen, de grandes portes coulissantes donnent accès à un patio privé avec moustiquaire et rocking chair étang pour profiter de votre café du matin ou des cocktails en soirée.

Nous incluons également le câble et Internet sans fil pour votre commodité.
Les agréments locaux incluent deux piscines, un bain à remous extérieur, des courts de tennis et un grill extérieur.
Le Sunset Village est entouré de la baie de Sandpiper, d'un parcours de golf de 27 trous conçu par Dan Maples et d'un restaurant Piper. Il y a plus de 30 terrains de golf publics dans les 20 miles!

Nous sommes situés à une courte distance de Calabash et North Myrtle Beach qui offre une grande variété de restaurants.

Nice getaway

Property was clean and well maintained. Only drawback is distance to the beach. You have to drive to the beach and pay a daily parking fee.

We booked this property for a golf weekend. We received the check-in information and door code early on the day of our arrival. Everything was wonderful as we arrived. The property was clean.The property was close to our golf courses, but also very close to restaurants and shopping. We received an email early on our departure day to remind us of the check-out procedures, which were simple and easy.It was a great stay, and we will be back.

The screened in porch was dirty with pollen and it took my wife 2 HRS to clean befor we could sit in it. That is not something you drive 8 HRS and have to do.

A great condo close to the beach!

Lynne is a great host and very responsive. Check in was easy and the condo was clean. Our family had a great week enjoying the beach and pools and we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay

This is the 2nd time we have rented this condo and once again we were very satisfied. The unit was clean and perfectly fit our needs for a weekend stay. I would recommend as Lynne and June are wonderful to rent from.

Perfect fit for our group

Traveling with older and somewhat disabled adults. The only step to get into the condo was the curb from the parking lot. This was perfect. First floor condo, walk in shower. Bedrooms were nice, clean linens and towels. Kitchen is small but it worked for our group. View of the golf course from screened in sunroom. Mattresses were firm. Would stay here again. Very quiet neighborhood.

Very well kept place. Plenty of room for 4 to 6 adults. Had all the niceties there, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, plenty of paper towels, ice, keurig coffee maker etc.. Will stay again.

Unfortunately, the HVAC system broke! However, Lynne was great. She had HVAC company out in a flash! When they determined that system needed parts, Lynne ordered multiple window AC units to keep the place cool! Thank you Lynne 😊

The perfect getaway!

The condo is absolutely lovely and spotlessly clean. It has everything you need for dining and cooking, even a crock pot. We have stayed here in the past with friends and were delighted to see it is now freshly painted a beautiful blue-gray and very tastefully upgraded. I LOVE the new recliner and sleep sofa! I fell asleep more than once on the recliner. It is SO COMFORTABLE!!! With plush new carpet in both bedrooms and very attractive new tile floors in both bathrooms and master dressing area, they have done a masterful job in selecting perfect materials for the upgrades. Our last time here, there was a lock box for the entry key. That has been eliminated with a modern electronic lock. Entry is now gained pressing your 4 digit code and the lock opens. As you leave, just press a button and the door locks. No more looking for the keys. For me, that is a big upgrade. A huge bonus for me is going out the back door and walking about 50 feet to the pond and fishing (with no license required). A neighbor reeled in a bass about a foot long while we were here. FYI, it is catch and release. Sunset Beach is gorgeous with beautiful clean white sand and the "Kindred Spirit Mail Box", which was quite moving. There is a pier that you can fish from there, for a fee. Lynne and June are very nice, and easy to deal with. Their quick response to a question I had was great. Thank You Lynne & June!!! We hope to stay with you again!

1. Roaches. We killed one in the room where the washer is. That is a big NO-NO for any rental. 2. The key lock box needs to be replaced with a new one. This one is ridiculously hard and stressful to open. It required a phone call to the owner to help in resolving. 3. The arrival information only showed the address and NOT THE UNIT NUMBER. There are multiple units in this bldg. Another stressful moment. 4. The bldg. number of 874 is NOT viewable from the street due to an overgrown tree blocking the number. We deduced this was the right building by looking at both left and right building numbers. Another stressful situation. 5.The internet code was not provided anywhere in the unit, resulting in phone calls and text messages to the owner to resolve. Stressful 6. This unit is old and needs major upgrades. The furniture is extremely outdated and needs replacing. If you are going to keep renting, you must upgrade the furnishings. 7. Internet speed is slow and needs upgrading. See below 7. Internet speed is poor DOWNLOAD Mbps 42.05 UPLOAD Mbps 20.39 8. The living room TV is old and needs updating 9. wife complains of carpet smell in the master bedroom. She will try another bedroom tonight. 10. We were told we would be provided the lockbox key code before arriving. We were not provided that information. We had to text and email the owner to get this information, stressful. 11. The picture on the VRBO website of this location is NOT the front of this bldg. nor the interior, at least not currently. It could have been 20+ years ago. Misleading information is never a good thing. Updating one’s pictures ensures you are being honest with the renters about the overall “look” of your rental. Most of the pictures on the website are not what the unit currently looks like. Misleading advertising is a dicey issue. 12. The dryer makes enough noise (clicking/rubbing/something wrong) noise, unacceptable. 13. the master shower/bath is from 20+ years ago. Time to at the very least, replace the showerhead with a new unit, and the bathroom sink faucet which leaks back onto the countertop. Seems like a reasonable request. We drove 500 miles/10 hours to this terrible welcome

Birthday Weekend

This unit was perfect for our weekend away. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. Great location, short drive to the beach and plenty of great restaurants. The view of the golf course was an added bonus.
