Villa Dolphine View is home which got renovated and furnished in a modern way. The house has a master bedroom, direct access to the pool area, dressing room and large adjoining bathroom with bathtub, shower and double sinks. Also there are 2 guest bedrooms, one with king bed and one with queen bed. In addition 2 more bathrooms , each with shower , one of them has direct pool access. The Livingroom with the open kitchen and a large dinging table as well a coffee table and 2 Sofas with TV for relaxing is perfect for family and small groups. A very spacious outdoor area with sunbeds and seating area with fire table invites you to relax. The pool with fountain in dolphin shape offers refreshment on warm days, but can also be heated electrically on cooler winter days. The dock offers 2 boat lifts, and a tikki hut with chairs to enjoy the evening sun. The house is fully equipped with washer and dryer, coffee maker and Keurig machine, blender and toaster. All bedrooms have a smart TV, as well as the living room. If desired, you can also rent a boat, which will be delivered before your arrival, and later picked up again. We will gladly make you an offer for this. Please be aware the electricity has an allowance of $35/week and everything what goes over getting charged with 0.15/kWh. Meter reading at the beginning and at the end of the stay will show the total usage.

The house was beautiful and very clean, the pool area was wonderful, and the neighborhood was very peaceful. We made day trips to Sanibel, Fort Myers, and Naples with ease. Sandra was great to work with, we had difficulty connecting with all our day trips, but she was very flexible with us. One thing I missed was that there is a charge for electrical usage, but we were within the allowance and didn't incur any extra charges. We are definitely considering a return trip and highly recommend this to families with kids that enjoy time in the pool.

First time since staying in VRBO property that they wanted to come check us in at a time that was good for them and then mid stay and then wanted to come check us out prior to departure and charge us for electricity.

We are very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. The house has a personal check-in and check-out service, which is very popular with guests. Here, the special features of the house are explained and specific points are pointed out, questions are answered, and tips for activities are given if required. The electricity meter is also read. The house has a fixed electricity consumption and only what is consumed in excess has to be paid for at the end, which in most cases is not much and is determined by the guest themselves. This was not a problem at check-in and was accepted by you. It was only after departure that you refused to pay the extra costs. I don't understand why we should spy on guests, the house doesn't even have cameras fr that reason. For the sake of formality, it should be mentioned that we did not charge any extra costs, neither for electricity nor for the dog prints (Service- dog, which was not mentioned on the booking at all) on the outdoor furniture, for this particular guest. For the future, we simply wish for honest and grateful guests who appreciate our beautiful home with all its amenities, just like all the other guests before.

This was a great quiet vacation house and location. The pool was great and being able to sit at the tiki hut to watch the sunsets was perfect. Highly recommend!!!

This was the perfect house for our family. We had plenty of space and our kiddos loved the pool. Coffee down at the tiki bar was one of my husband and I’s favorite ways to start our day…such a beautiful view! Ending the day down there with a beverage of your choice will not disappoint as the sunset is breathtaking. The house was stocked with linens, kitchen needs, and some supplies to get you started, but you will most likely need to purchase some items too. Restaurants and grocery stores were nearby (5ish miles) when needed. We spent much of our time on Sanibel and Captiva Islands as the beaches were awesome. We even had dolphin swim up within 15 feet on our first day. Such a neat experience! Parking can be a challenge at some of the beaches so best to get there around noon. Otherwise, there are people always coming and going. It might just take some patience. ;) The iconic Mucky Ducky has reopened after the hurricane! It’s a great spot to grab a late lunch/early dinner after a day at the beach. The crunchy grouper sandwich is a must try. Yum! We had a small snafu with the pool heater towards the end of our stay, but Sandra and her team had the heater replaced while we were out. She was a pleasure to work with. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing spot to unwind after a day in the sun, we highly recommend.

This house was fantastic!!

From the easy check in to the location and canal access for our boat rental and the tremendous property manager support this house was perfect! We had a wonderful stay and completely enjoyed the quit neighborhood and many amenities this house had. The oversized master bathroom and waterfall showers along with the pool with the Dolphin waterfall we would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice getaway!!

Fantastic Stay

The house had absolutely everything you would need for any length of stay - when I say they thought of everything, I mean everything! The house itself was amazing and the sunsets are spectacular. The pool was great for the kids on all of those hot Florida days. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice relaxing stay. Sandra was great to deal with and very hospitable.

Overall the place was great with a large open space and great views from the living room pool and pier. The only issue we had was that the pool wasn't too clean upon arrival. Would definitely recommend the rental property and plan on using it again!

Cape Coral fall break family trip

Cape Coral is amazing. The house and pool were so nice! Sandra and her family were so easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. We also rented the boat for the week and it was super nice and ran like a charm. During our stay hurricane Helene came through and they came over to make sure the house and all were ready for the storm. I will definitely book with them again! Thank you 😊

Villa Dolphine View Spring break 2024

My husband and I traveled to Cape Coral for spring break and our children and grandchildren stopped in periodically to enjoy the beautiful pool. It was a heated pool, which was a huge benefit, and we all had a phenomenal time. The home was in a beautiful location and extremely convenient for dining and shopping. I would be remiss not to mention, Sandra property manager extraordinaire. She was responsive and friendly. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Beautiful updated house.

House was super clean, had everything you could possibly need and the pool was relaxing. The host Sandra was available to answer any questions. The only negative think I can say is I was alittle taking by surprise when I was told I had to pay for the electric we used. It only came to about 140.00 but it wasn't in the listing. But our stay gets 5 thumbs-up over all. We will for sure return. Thanks again Sandra

Beautiful home

House was beautiful. Nice location. We had a very relaxing vacation. I was surprised to have to pay for electricity. Especially since pool should have cleaned better before our arrival. There was dead algae at the bottom of the pool. And the pool guy said to just keep running the filter. So, I guess I paid to clean to the pool. It’s been 10 days since our boat rental was up and I still have not received my deposit back. So that’s frustrating. I have sent a message inquiring when that will be returned.

Hi Christis, glad you had a good time at the house. Sorry there were issues with the pool. You did not mentioned this at check out , I take this serious and chenge the pool company so the pool will get threated better. Again sorry for that.. Also we were open to refund you the extra person guest fee that usually is not refundable , So we did everything we could to help you to feel better. About the refund for the boat from squarem we send you the receipt which shows we did the refund a long time ago , it is something between the banks I guess. We do not have this problem a lot but it does happens time tto time and I understand it is frustrrating but there is nothing we can do from our side. Sorry.

Wunderschöne Location

Alles super in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Toller Pool, sehr schöne Aussicht und das unserer Meinung nach schönste Sonnendeck weit und breit. Außerdem sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Kai (er hat es gut gemacht Sandra! :-)). Wir hatten noch ein Boot dazu gemietet von Sunny Cape Boats - lief ebenfalls problemlos. Jederzeit gerne wieder
