*This is NOT a party house. No parties of any kind are allowed! We take our relationships with our neighbors seriously. This home is for residential use only. Reservation will be cancelled without refund if complaints/notice of a party are received
*NO SMOKING anywhere on the property since the smoke carries inside the house and to our neighbors. No marijuana, cigars, cigarettes, nor vaping allowed.
*Do not leave grill unattended while in use.
*The Firepit on the table should be covered when not in use. Please ensure the fire pit has completely cooled down before placing the cover over it.
*Pool Safety: The property includes a private pool that guests may use at their own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in or around the pool area. No diving, running, or rough play is allowed near the pool. Please keep the pool area free of glass containers. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of anyone in their party when using the pool.
