OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with enough paper products, pods, trash bags and soaps for 2-3 days of your stay. Linens and towels are included.

LAUNDRY: We offer a washer and dryer located in the garage. We provide starter laundry pods and dryer sheets, iron and ironing board and some cleaning supplies for your convenience.



PARKING: Parking is available in our driveway, and we ask that there is no parking on the grass. 4 cars can be pulled in bumper to bumper.

BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine. This home is situated near drive-on beaches like Mary Street, and walkable to Sea Oats beach access.



*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $149. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1500 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($199 for $2000 and so on and so forth). *IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($1500) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home.

This home is nestled in a primarily residential neighborhood, home to many long time locals. Feel like you are a true part of the St. Augustine Beach community!



St. Aug Beach's top eateries - Sunset Grille, Beachside Diner, Mango Mango's, Stir It Up, Beachcomber, Jack's BBQ, The Taco Shop, Cafe 11, Salt Life, Purple Olive and many more! This home is especially close to A1A Back 40 Beachside.
