Situated on 2 private acres with open space behind the home, this Evergreen vacation rental provides a quiet, scenic setting where you can truly unwind. Situated on 2 acres, this property offers the best of both worlds: privacy and quiet, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. At the same time, you’re just a short drive from hiking trails, Evergreen Lake, Red Rocks, nearby mountain towns, and several popular ski areas, making it easy to enjoy Colorado year-round.

It’s a place where you can truly slow down, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and experience the beauty of the mountains in every season.

One of our favorite things about this home is the wildlife. Because the property backs to open space, it’s not uncommon to see deer passing through, elk grazing in the distance, and the occasional fox or hawk. You may even spot birds and other native wildlife right from the patio or through the windows, especially in the early morning or evening hours.

We chose this neighborhood because it feels like a true escape—peaceful, scenic, and connected to nature—while still being convenient to everything you want to experience during your stay.
