➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

Set in a quiet residential pocket of Tempe, this area offers a relaxed suburban feel while still being close to some of the city’s most popular spots. Streets are lined with mature trees, and the neighborhood has an easygoing local vibe that makes it a comfortable base for exploring the area.



Just minutes away, you will find outdoor and cultural highlights like Papago Park, known for its desert trails and iconic red rock formations. Attractions such as Phoenix Zoo and Desert Botanical Garden are also nearby, offering unique experiences that showcase the Sonoran Desert landscape.

Other Things to Note:

➤ The home is equipped with both heating and air conditioning. While we do our best to maintain a comfortable indoor temperature, comfort cannot be guaranteed if preferences fall outside the typical range of approximately 70–80°F. Due to the nature of short-term rentals and frequent guest turnover, we also cannot guarantee 100% system uptime, as systems may occasionally require servicing. (During the summer months, the thermostat is restricted to a temperature range between approximately 70–82°F to ensure proper system operation.)



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
