What an awesome stay! First trip to Hawai‘i. Watched the whales breaching and turtles swimming from our balcony. Perfect sunset views, and great views of Lanai and Moloka‘i. Lots of dining choices, food trucks and a grocery within walking distance. Studio was awesome. Could not have asked for better.

Great stay. Property was as described & pictures were accurate. Loved the privacy of the balcony & the view is the best! It’s whale season & the views of whales, sea turtles, dolphins was so watching from the 9th floor unit! Easy walk to Times market, reasonably priced local restaurants are nearby as well as more expensive restaurants like Duke’s & the other resorts are just a little farther away (Whaler’s Village is about a mile or so walk south along the boardwalk). The beach just south of the property (Airport Beach) is great for snorkeling & wasn’t crowded like Kapalua beach! We’ve stayed in Napili, Kahana, Wailea & this area is our favorite. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful 9 day stay.

Check in was easy. Everything was smooth. Unit was expensive for just a room with bed. I have stayed on this property before and the price I paid I got a 2 bedroom before. Even the 1 bedroom was cheaper. Because it was just a room with bed and all I am sure that is the reason why. Most places include beach umbrella, snorkel gear. This was just the basics.

The view is amazing and we loved the lanai. No problems with checking in. Our only complaint would be the furniture in the unit is not very comfortable. The bed is very soft and the chairs inside are very hard. The unit is right by the elevator, which we were concerned about, but it was not an issue.

The view was truly stunning, right on the beach with ocean views. The condo was well equipped. Communication with the management team was easy and pretty responsive. The ONLY reason i am not giving all 5 star reviews is because on day 6 of an 8 day stay, we had small cockroaches in the kitchen, bathroom and living space. Management was quick to respond but it was the evening time. Later the next day management brought traps. The traps did not deter and they were still seen in kitchen the next day.

We’re very sorry small cockroaches were present during your stay — that fell short of our standards. Our team responded the evening you reported it and brought traps the next day; when the issue persisted we escalated to our professional pest-control vendor. They completed a full treatment and our housekeeping/property teams performed additional cleaning and inspections and sealed potential entry points.
