- This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement and the booker’s ID verification.
- Guests are required to either opt in for a $48 non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company, OR authorize a refundable temporary $1000 security deposit hold (not a traditional security deposit, not an actual charge, released if no damage/excessive cleaning).
- The optional damage waiver is $48 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights.

~Refunds~
▶ We want your stay to be perfect, but please understand that we cannot issue refunds for factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions. We highly recommend guests purchase trip insurance.
▶ To help keep critters out, please keep doors and windows closed during your stay. Despite regular pest control efforts, occasional encounters with insects or other small pests—indoors or outdoors—may occur. No refunds will be issued for pest sightings.
▶ Additional cleaning may be required for stays over 10 days. Please reach out to inquire about longer stays.
▶ Violations of our house rules may lead to guests having to leave prematurely without a refund.
▶ For property protection and insurance purposes, there are exterior security cameras and they must remain active at all times. In addition, there are noise monitoring devices that monitor the noise level inside and outside the home but do not record audio.
