The complex clubhouse with pool, hot tub, sauna and gym is only open during peak seasons including:

-Memorial Day – Labor Day & Ski Resort Opening (mid-November) – Closing Day (mid-April)

Hours of operation vary throughout the season.



The Free winter shuttle service does loops to and from the condo and the base of the ski resort daily from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM



While this property offers ski-in/ski-out access, snow conditions can vary. Early and late in the season, the ski path may have limited coverage and may require a short walk to access the slopes.



There is no in-unit washer and dryer. A coin-operated communal laundry room is available on the lower level of the building.



House Rules & Policies

-No Parties: Unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. Additional guests beyond the reservation will incur a fee of $50 per person, per night.

-No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the unit, on the balcony, and anywhere within the building.

-No Pets: Animals are not permitted at any time per HOA regulations and due to allergy considerations.

-Mail: Mail services are not available at the condo. Long-term guests must arrange for a local P.O. Box.



Cancellation policy

Credit card processing fees are non-refundable

All but credit card processing fees is fully refundable when canceled 30 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

50% of prepayments, minus credit card processing fees is refundable when canceled 14 day(s) before arrival or earlier.

0% refundable if canceled within 14 days.

Security deposit policy

A pre-authorization of USD 500.00 is held on 1 day(s) before arrival and voided on 7 day(s) after departure. Security deposit funds will only be charged if damages are discovered upon departure. If damages exceed the security deposit amount, guests are responsible for any additional costs.
